I have used other food processors. Yes, the blades (mine had blades and treacherously sharp disks) are dangerous! But as long as adults ONLY handle the blades & sharp discs, all will be well. 😊 I used to take care of an elderly person whose food had to be blended. Their family had a vitamix with a similar condensation issue in the handle. Each time I washed the container, I let it air dry opened side down & tilted. In that way as much condensation as possible drained out. Then I would spray a little window cleaner liquid in the handle. With a straw, or chopstick, I would roll a piece of paper towel to dry out the handle. The handle never mildewed, got smelly or weird looking. (No "science projects" growing in the handle.) I am so glad that Ninja sent you the new container without any hassle! I was anxious to see what happened! Happy that they took good care of the issue! As always, LOVE your videos, Jamie & Marc!!! Thank you for all that you do!!! Nancy PS. Given the states of both our countries' economies, I wish Ninja had Canadian and US based customer service! (Just a thought).
Thanks for the great comment! I've actually cut myself in a previous blade during one of our shoots lol, so adults beware! Good tip for cleaning the inside for sure, although I would have stopped at the draining and airing out! Thanks so much for all of the support! - J
You have to be very careful using a food processor for any dough as the blade creates heat and can kill the yeast if processed too long. Love your videos, thank you.
I used to have a Nutri Bullet until I fell in love with Ninja and this was one of the biggest reasons why, my blades on the Nutri Bullet became dull and a small chip out of the cup but they told me I had to buy an entirely new system and all I wanted was a new blade and cup and that's when I did research on this ninja system and I fell in love. I have used it everyday for 5 years now and I have not broken it yet but I am confident that when I do it will be easy to replace without buying an entire unit

Great review guys! Glad Ninja resolved your issue quickly.
Looks like Marc got a haircut..looks sharp!
Cheers!
Haha thanks so much! - J
Thanks for the video !
So many parts to store ! You need a lot of space to keep this !
Absolutely! Our thoughts exactly. Thanks for watching! - J

Thanks for the tip! - J
Great review.
BTW, to clean the blades simply put the blender or shredder to run with water inside.
Yup with a bit of soap. Works great! - J
I got that case with the ninja food processor which was an exclusive addition before the chain Bed Bath Beyond went out of business.
Very nice! - J
If you use the smaller chute (inside the bigger one), slender produce like carrots & celery won't tip over while slicing. 😉
Good tip! - J

That’s awesome !! Thanks for the feedback. Marc
How does this one compare to the detect duo system? I'm going back between this one and the detect.
The blender part is basically the same. - J
Hey where is the water getting in could you seal it with a little silicone?
You probably could but that might make things worse if it wasn't totally dry, or if water ended up getting in. - J
I like your kitchen, man. Seems like a nice space to do your magic.
Thanks so much! - J
Great video . Question do you think the spice grinder would work with one of the other Ninja blenders ?
Possibly. Check it out on the website, it probably says what it's compatible with. Thanks for watching! - J
Great job on the demo.
Thanks so much !! Marc
This thing looks really handy but I’d have nowhere to store all the bits. Cheers lads.
That is a big consideration for sure. Thanks for watching! - J
i loooove it !!!!!
Awesome! - J
