In case anyone is wondering I have the Brother MFC-L2710DW Monochrome All-In-One Laser Printer
this sounds like marketing hype. I never have a problem with knowing when to replace ink, particularly on Brother printers, which tell us all visually how much ink is left each cartridge. it is a simple matter to order from Amazon, and I get the cartridges in a day. Secondly, the subscription service seems to me like a total ripoff. P age usage changes from month to month and for me to give a set page count is preposterous, particularly since if my estimate of pages is too high, Brother makes out like a bandit, and if it is too low, they also make out like a bandit because I am penalized for going over the page estimate. If there really is a cost savings, neither they or you have provided me with evidence for why to be on their plan. If they gave me evidence of cost savings I would be happy to be on their plan. I am surprised the Brother has not made a coherent case that being on their subscription plan will save me money.
idk that it will save money necessarily - it saves me time. which is more valuable than $ - I love that you always remember to change out your cartridge but i NEVER do lol. this has saved me multiple times over - especially when I need to print something RIGHT now for a client and dont have the luxury of waiting for a shipment
@@tracytimberlakeif you have money on a subscription, why don't you just buy extra cartridges and put them in your cabinet for later?

I had a horrible experience with this program. Did not get ink before the cartridge ran out. A week later, after notifying them, still, no ink, and you cannot use standard cartridges in the interim. You're stuck with their cartridges only. I canceled. Also, when you cancel, their cartridges no longer work. Good luck.
Calling Brother company. Please make this available in Canada
This is a scam. You cant use any other cartridge, if you stop paying they brick your printer.
Are you slow? They don’t brick your printer. You just take out the ink they sent you and use another set that you had bought from the store or from before you joined the service.
this is correct you just switch out the toner and use a regular one instead of the one that is sent via subscription
