I have one of these but I have to run it with the choke open? Is that normal? Do you leave the choke open while using? If I close it the unit stops straight away, does that mean there is an obstruction in the carburetor? Also what mix do you use? I mixed as per the bottle provided and it smoked quite a bit, maybe too much oil in my mix? Also it revs quite high, is that normal?
@@wangalex8964 Sorry I should have been clearer, I'm in NZ so I don't think it's one of yours but one that is very similar and because the people I bought it off have not replied I thought you may be able to help.
@@working912The engine cuts out when I do this, that is what the problem is. I have checked the fuel lines are connected correctly and the fuel I use is always fresh the last thing is to check that there are no blockages in the carburetor but it is brand new so is that likely from the factory?
No Eye protection?😎 "Safety first"

@@twentythree7sevensix At the initial start-up, activate the choke, and restore the choke to its original state after the start-up is turned on.
@@twentythree7sevensix If the engine has been used to some extent, you can start and use it immediately without using the choke.
