That assumption is even less plausible here than it was between Ragnar and Aethelstan, because one of them is a 16 year old paraplegic who hates gay people and the other is a ordained member of the Catholic church who is old enough to be the boy's father...it all has a rather creepy, Boys of Saint Vincent feel, don't it?
