My Coleman party stacker model 6224 made in Wichita Kansas works pretty good as a jobsite cooler and costs around $20. Great size weight form factor and price point imo for its performance as a cooler. If I was in the Milwaukee platform I'd probably just buy one of the crates to put on top of the packout stack and put my Coleman in it for transport. For the lack of performance that the Milwaukee cooler has I couldn't justify it unless it was around $59.99 and that would be really selling it to myself for its system compatibility, because there are many similarly sized much better ice retention coolers out there.
It’s true a lot of people (me) forget about transporting of the cooler once it’s filled. I’ve got some huge coolers that got used one time but they are such a pain to being anywhere they are practically unusable.
I got one, and its almost awesome. Needs to be 8 inches wide instead of 7.7 so I can pout more water bottles in it. The Ozark Trail Large Ice Substitute covers the bottom of the cooler and is good for at least 24 hours in my testing.
Yes really depends on temperature, placement and amount ..not a bad cooler . Remember your paying for intigration of Packout system ..I think they did a good job on size and weight
@@toolboss8410 Its the inside of the cooler that I would like to be 8" instead of 7.7" and I only bought it because it fit the packout platform. I'm like a fashonista with shoes for coolers, knives, and camping tents. Good job on the video.
Yes agree ..not sure if possible unfortunately with these particular..don't be surprised if you maybe see a larger full size and maybe one a bit bigger then this one .. thanks buddy for commenting 👍🤙🙏
Mine sits on a receiver plate on the back of my golf cart, well worth the money IMO. Doesn't come off the plate and rides right along with me for 18 holes and stays ice cold for 2 days.
I’m a Makita guy but they’re not exactly upping they’re game in this department I’m gonna have to start going Packout Very informative video thank you for sharing
I leave the rolling box at home. I use both inside my car. I would buy this to save space and be able to keep my tools organize. I understand it’s expensive but to some it might be worth it
Whaaaat??? $100 for a cooler and there's no place to put a lock to keep fellow workers from mooching off my lunch??? Yeah @Greg Sparrow. What happens when a few of your brewskis walk away when you're working hard and you're not looking? All the Packout tool boxes (not the organizers) have a place for padlocks. What? My lunch is not as important as my tools? Fail!! Lockable must happen with 2.0
I agree on the lock. I keep my stuff locked up just to keep honest people honest. My point for a lock is to keep people from stealing the cooler. Doubt anyone wants the healthy crap I have to eat.
My 7 year old 25.00 Coleman is bigger and probably better made than Milwaukee cooler. Hate all these companies that comes out with stuff that charge 2 or 3 times more than what it's actually worth because they put their name on it. This should be a giveaway item when you spend x- amount on their product.
I don’t agree with you on this one. Milwaukee didn’t just put their name on this cooler. It was engineered from the ground up. I do agree that the price is a bit high. I’ll gladly pay $60-70.

130$ in Canada. Was so tempted to buy it as I have the packout system but the Coleman red made in USA was 30$ and holds more and won’t be upset if someone stole it. Way overpriced in my opinion.

Black handles will get "Quite Warm" after possibly sitting in the sun all day, attracting and conducting unnecessary Heat to the Cooler reducing its efficiency. Don't ya think?

Can i share something thats pretty awesome? Ima make a video too soon. If u grab most coolers they have air pockets inside i get a 1/2 drill or smaller. And buy insulation foam. Spray that inside those airpockets, and BOOM!!!!! ITLL LAST 3 TO 4 DAYS UNLESS IT SITS DIRECTLY UNDER THE SUN
There is a video on here of that being tested, and it doesn’t last longer at all. Actually the ice melts faster. You need the air space to deaden the heat...by insulating it you create a brick oven over your cooler.
Thats good to know ironically that doesnt seem to be the issue for mine. Thxs. Now ima pay attention to it, but since ive done it , i see longer lasting ice and cold drinks
@@kevinkolinen6181 well, ive been watching this for the past 2 weeks one small bag used to last me one day, ( i have a cheap walmart ice chest) and honestly sir, ive seen one small bag last me 4 days tops with water still being cold. Mind u we've been having tripple digit record high temps. I used that gap filler fire resistant perhaps, this doesnt retain heat? Either eay, one bag lasts us 3 to 4 days verses 1 day , so honestly its well worth the spend.
Ridiculously priced for what u get. Coleman, igloo does same thing for 25 bucks. At this price u can get those really heavy duty coolers with rubber straps that costco has ( can rember it its yetti or what ot was i saw that keep things cold for days). If this was a portable refrigerstor using portable battery then justified.
I will wait for the fuel version.
bahahaha!
That thing is cool 😎

Very true. .and those rotomolded coolers are indestructible but weigh a ton. My Dewalt 10 qt rotomolded holds nothing and weights a ton
Which battery does this use? LOL
Is the lid insulated? Thats pretty important
Can you stand a two liter of pop upright and still close the lid?
