People that watch the same thing over & over again, usually have high anxiety. It’s calming & comforting because u know what’s going to happen, no surprises.
Agreed! It’s the same reason they say kids asked to be read the same books over and over. The consistency is calming and expectations are reinforced, a sense of stability is generated by not having to “work” to keep up with new information. It’s a great anchor in a world of uncertainty!

I don’t always have the time, but when I do I enjoy having my Sunday morning coffee and seeing what Amelia (or Estée) is up to. I enjoy seeing fashion, and I know not all of us have the same budget, but I find these video’s a bit like catching up with a friend to see what interesting purchases they made.
It’s a round of Gilmore Girls, followed by a round of Golden Girls, followed by a round of Gossip Girl and I finish with a round of SATC; - that is my year in comfort shows.
Amelia I am the same! People would recommend so many tv shows to me but at the end of the day I always go back to the same ones I've already watched haha.

I rewatch same shows, Friends and Gilmore Girls- apparently people with anxiety do that because they won’t be surprised by the unknown - hence it’s more calming. Comfort blanket.

I only ever watch tv in bed on my iPad despite having a TV in the room 😂 Also my newest obsession to rewatch over and over again is Ted Lasso!! It’s genuinely gets better each time you watch it and makes you feel all the feels!

I did not like the dress with the large white lapel. I liked the overall design but the lapel was just huge. It was on top of your arm. If it was smaller and laid on the dress it would have worked. But you are so gorgeous that you can make anything work😂
