the last part is decently insane for some newer players so if you cant do it follow the billy guide on how to get grappler you can get it at level 7 if you can do the massive drop to get to dirwik
While helping my friend, I found a way to get grappler at level 3 (with dash). Although it is difficult with some jumps needing you to perfectly time coils
Im trying to do this so i can get grappler bc i need rank three and the quest gives 5 stars but i am unable to do it. I have the glove for more wallclimb and wallrun boost but it still doesn't let me get up. I can get to the roof but then i can never get up. They also arent letting me choose the momentum usage in settings which will help alot but it doesnt give me the option in settings 🙁

i hate to be that guy, but you did a wall bounce that indeed DID EFFECT THE RUN which i believe is unlocked after level 1.
in pre 1.1 , the game did not have a unlock able skill at level 1. Wallbounce was level 0
