Mohammed Al-Faraj Comedy, ever heard of it? Besides...the most intresting dialogue is going to be between old enemys or friends. Like Scorpion and Subzero, Quan Chi and Scorpion, Cassie and Kano, etc.

Yeah, Baraka had a similar voice actor in the last game (though I do believe much deeper), but Reptile mainly communicated through his reptilian grunts, not having a very large role in the story outside of grunt work.
Perhaps this indicates his character is going to get some much needed fleshing out?
Yeah hopefully. Although some of his moves look a bit stiff so far. Hopefully they will work on him a bit more

By far the best reptilian design they've made of Reptile. I've always been that guy that begs for human Reptile, and I hated the reptilian designs from MK4 and up. But this one right here I can totally get behind. He looks awesome.

That being said, I think they actually did a pretty good job with his design here. I can't wait to see a variation breakdown for him, Kung Lao, and Kitana!

I've read that before, and I'm very interested in it. I just hope Netherrealms releases a detailed video breakdown like they have before.

I've watched this like 5 times already. I'm excited!!
One of the things I noticed when this game was first announced is that they are actually tapping into the potential of the characters abilities when it comes to their powers. In the last games they really didnt do much when it came to their abilities. Raidne had his teleport and subzero had his ice ball but aside from that they didnt really have much. This game they seem to be going all out.
I knew Reptile was going to be in the game.
Reptile should get an alternate Xenomorph costume as a pre-order bonus or something, that would be kickass. Hell give everyone alternate outfits like that and do away with the "guest character" DLC's! Make Nano terminator, Sektor a Predator, Scorpion Ghost Rider! That shit would be badass!

It's good to see how Reptile has been growing as a character in the latest years. In his first appearance, he was just a green Sub Zero. And now, he has his own style, personality and combos.

ow yeah before i forgot, the part where reptile trows kung lao in the air, grabs his feet with his huge tongue and batters him at the same time? just sick!
also they have to bring back the classic ninja outfits for reptile (for scorpion, subzero etc too as well) thats just vintage man, you cannot ignore those things

Looks great! Watched this many times and the moves look cooler each time. Love the armor and lizard look. Awesome visual progression! Keep these awesome designs coming and reveal some more new characters soon please! Seriously, can't wait for this game.

Reptile was never human. In the classic mk2 mk3 skin he was in his lizard form all along behind the mask. In my opinion is better this way because we have difference between the ninjas

In his origins, Reptile was a hidden character in MK1 where, in the words of Ed Boon, was to be a "cooler version of Scorpion". Then in Mk2 they give him the lizard back story

I love the fact that they brought back a lot of his old moves which I don't mind at all and I am so happy that reptile is back he is one of my favorite mortal kombat characters, his X-ray is so awesome and brutal... I,m going to have a lot of fun with him :)

Mattia Marino It's not confirmed yet but I don't think there are one x-ray per variation. Raiden's x-ray got revamped and people thought that he had two x-rays, meaning that there would be one x-ray per variation. Reptile's x-ray is not looking bad though, it's brutal as it was supposed to be. I just wish it had something to do with his acid spit.

The mask is cool... the rest looks... meh.
Was hoping for something a bit more original than the palette swap look. The V-vest and loincloth made of bones/fangs is a nice touch, but it is still the palette swap look. Disappointing.
His gameplay looks fun, but nothing unusual. Very MK9'ish. Both his X-Ray and his Fatality looks very dull as well.
I hope Reptile fans are happy though. Personally, I think they could have done so much more, so much better with his design, but NRS chose to play it safe. I do like the mask though.

Ninjas in mortal kombat have always had the v-vest look its one of there signature icons atleast they tried to make him different. In mk 9 he looked very dull and boring and was a low tier character atleast now he looks scary as fck and is really fast and brutal i personally love his design

I love the way they are doing Fatalities. Quick and Simple but with just enough brutality to be worthy. And for those wondering why X-Rays look more Brutal, they have always been meant to be used right before you finish them and not during the middle of combat. (Like in Injustice, supers are meant to be used right before you win.)
I don't usually play fighting games but this looks so great, I can't wait to get this

I havent really cared about the mk series or fighting games for years, but this looks promising. I like the dynamic backgrounds and the fact that you can use the environments during combat.

I love how they are trying to combine the ninja and lizardness together, not one over the other. Looks great to me.
I swear every character looks more exciting than the last! Never been a reptile fan but he looks badass over here, he'll be one of the first i practice with. Ed Boon continues to deliver. P.S panning cameras can make all the difference in story mode
