You forgot one crucial part about Guts not existing and that is that Donovan would never have died, which means there's a possibility that Donovan could have taken Guts place as captain of the raiders.
I think this theory is a huge stretch. Casca would have died by Zod's hand, so events would have been completely out of whack. And sending Casca on a stealth mission instead of Guts would have been preferable anyway. Casca is the best swordsman in the Hawks outside of Guts and Griffith. She fights people bigger than her all the time. She normally completes her assignments with great efficiency & has more battle experience than Julius. She wouldn't have lost to Julius. Hell... Judeau would have been a better alternative to Guts. One throwing knife and it would have been over for Julius. Even if Julius won he would have used that opportunity to eradicate the entire Hawks existence. That's how much he hated commoners & Griffith. I mean the King basically did the same thing after Charlotte lost her virginity to Griffith. Who's to say Julius wouldn't have done the same thing? Also Julius would not allowed the queen to die, If your scenario played out, it would make more sense for Julius to take the throne and the marry the current queen that he's been fucking behind his brother's back this entire time. He wouldn't marry Casca. He HATES commoners. This theory is ambitious and I like how Julius would have a bigger part to play, but I have to respectfully disagree. I think you give Julius too much credit.
I think this needs to be addressed; if Guts didn't exist, it means that the Band of the Falcon may or may not have switched sides in the war. Remember, that when the Golden Age Arc starts, they're working for Tudor and were paid to protect the castle that Midland was trying to take. If Guts isn't there, it means Bazuso doesn't get his skull caved in and the Band of the Hawk would most likely get involved in pushing the invading army out rather than cutting their losses and breaking their contract to side with Midland. Them staying with Tudor likely means that Griffith would have ended up fighting alongside Zodd rather than against him, where we'd probably get the same sort of reaction when he spots the beherit. It's more likely that the Band of the Falcon would have helped Tudor continue their push into Midland and gain notoriety/infamy, with Griffith being rewarded with lands and titles in the newly conquered territories in Midland... only for him to want more and rebel. Can easily see him dying on the battlefield when he activates the beherit and sacrifices everyone on the battlefield. Not just the Band of the Falcon, but the soldiers of the Tudor Army and the remnants of the Midland Army that rallied to his cause.
I dont think Casca would hide the fact that her identity was compromised from Griffith, especially if she never interacted with guts and was still as reverent and obidient to him as when shes first introduced. I also don't think he'd wait to blackmail Casca, if the first assassination attempt fails and the assassin's identity was compromised there would certainly be another attempt coming soon, or at least that would be the logical conclusion. He'd be paranoid, no way he'd calmly bide his time to blackmail the assassin. Cool theory though
I can’t imagine Casca becoming queen do to the pride of the royal family and her low birth but I can definitely imagine Griffith being salty because he wanted to be queen instead of her 😂
Can't imagine Berserk without Guts. He's the one. The one who causes causality to unfold differently at many trigger points. Casca isn't the one. And that causality has unfolded spirally (according to Flora) by the will of something deep in the Abyss!. Uptil chapter 364, you could say that the cause of all of it is linked to Guts but the result of all of it SEEMS to be for Griffith. However, if Berserk proceeds on how Miura wished it to (majorly), then we all have this GUT feeling that it wouldn't actually be for Griffith in the end. Something that is lurking deep in the distant Abyss is playing behind the scenes that has to come and reveal itself (signifying the conclusion of its 1000+ years will). The event of it's appearance might be so bizarre that once again it better recalls to us what the title of the manga is. And then afterwards a few mind-bending twists that Miura had up his sleeve would play out on that "thing" involving Guts & Griffith before the manga itself heads for the conclusion. Now at least that much..... or something even better is what I'd like to think is a manga such as Berserk was/is fated to be.
I kind of feel like Griffith would pick judeau for the assassination because if casca did survive zod she probably would be too injured to fight for a couple of weeks. Anyways I think the assassination would be a complete success without judeau being caught judeau's pretty quick with the throwing knives to the neck I also don't think the eclipse would have ever happened unless something really bad happened to Griffith great video though by the way.
If Griffith sent Casca to assassinate Julius she would use a crossbow. She used it many times, even in battle and she has one which can shoot twice (she used it against Guts when they first met). But, and this is a big BUT, Casca idolized Griffith and he knew that. He wouldn't ask her to do any villainous deed such as an assassination. However Corkus has no problem with that and he would use a crossbow too because Griffith would told him to do so. (Unless Griffith would do it himself because Corkus could fail. Judeau would use his throwing knives but they would find out who uses these kind of weapons, they find Judeua, Griffith is responsible and everything is fucked. So Griffith assassinates Julius alone. ) Then everything would proceed as Griffith have planned. He would patiently wait for the ceremony to become a noble officially, ask for Charlotte's hand for marriege from the king, and when he refuses,. Griffith assassinates that crowned degenerate too. Marriege, becoming king and years are passing while Griffith can't wish for more, he got what he wanted and he feels emptiness because there is nothing left to fight for. Then Ghanishka successfully invades and conquers midland, the Crimson Behelit finally activates when Griffith lost his precious kingdom. But he can't be reborn as a human because Casca (whom he nevervraped) is not pregnant with Guts' child therefor there is no corrupted fetus to reincarnate to. Griffith is Femto now, Ghanishka is alive and kicking because Femto can't kill him. Ghanishka might find a behelit somehow but he won't be in a situation ever to activate it. Griffith can't have his kingdom on earth ever again, only in hell. But he is no true king because of the four others and somebody or something is still above him. Femto vs the Idea of Evil. Whatever happens the only kingdom Griffith can have is Hell
Idk man. It doesn't seem plausible. Guts was really instrumental in the story and no one was really even close to having the capabilities he did out of Griffith's crew.
I think Griffith would of sent Judea to kill Julias as he would be better at assassination and also would be okay with something morally questionable. Also Judea would of succeeded in assassinated him.
I like this theory. It's very interesting but I can't see Casca taking Guts place as the Black Swordswoman. She is a very capable fighter but I don't see her going toe-to-toe with apostles like Zodd like Guts
I mean I really think Casca could Kill Julius If you look at female sword fighters against men assuming the male isn’t of similar skill it’s not very one sided as you’d think. I don’t think Griffith would even send Casca against him anyways, Guts was quite literally the strongest fighter in golden age except Zod. So it’s a very safe bet to set him but Casca isn’t nearly as capable. I’m my opinion he would probably have to do it himself or kill Julius in another way. Nobody was like Guts
I don't think causality means Guts HAS to exist nessecarily. Having causality on your side is literally game breaking, so long as Griffith recieved the Crimson behelit - his "dream" would eventually be realized no matter what happens at all. It would simply become the current reality as Griffith would still be the "chosen one", so long as he was given the behelit, he would one day become a God Hand no matter what.
Casca would not give a fuck for Charlotte, unlike Guts, who sincerely loved Casca. Someone else would have to be the rape victim to motivate Casca to strugle and seek revenge as Guts did.
The notion of Casca betraying Griffith in the absence of Guts is ludicrous. Guts is the person who makes Casca question Griffith in the first place, the person who makes her not follow blindly. Without Guts, Casca would continue to treat Griffith as a God.
I call cap. Casca is ride or die. She wouldn’t give up just because a second person was there during the assassination. She also relies primarily on speed and agility as her greatest assets when fighting so yeah
Totally unrealistic knowing that Casca would have died many times and wouldn't behave like in the video, but I like the alternative story. I like Lord Julius, he is a really interesting and underrated character, (way better than his brother). Sad, he hadn't bigger role in the manga. Love how Casca is more independent though I miss her relationship with Guts. Damn I need fanfiction of this
Hey Tranquil Dionysian please promise me that you’ll make a complete timeline video on the Tokyo Ghoul series. This rewriting does not make sense in my ways for one the King of Middleland Brother, killed and Julian take is place he would killed Ministry Frost, Casca and Griffith has co conspirators against is brother to distracted the public two the Queen of Middleland would married Julian, three Julian will never allowed anyone without Royal Bloodline to polluted the Royal family his reaction to Griffith saving the Princess Charlotte, by these acts you could tell Julian devotions to his family line and four Julian even if he successed his Brother to the thrown would He would immediately have Charlotte married Adonis his son, so that no one could use her to put themselves in position for a power played using Charlotte has the late king daughter to overthrow King Julian.
You forgot that Julius hates commoners. He would never tarnish his image by marrying casca. However, I know you have a real job and didn't have the time to reread all of berserk before making this alt timeline. Casca would get with judeau if guts didn't exist btw. And she'd kill Julius immediately. She has much more fenace than guts.. but more likely,, Griffith would've used Jeudeau as his assassin for his knife skills.
You forgot one crucial part about Guts not existing and that is that Donovan would never have died, which means there's a possibility that Donovan could have taken Guts place as captain of the raiders.
Well played, sir!
If donovan didnt die hed be the key to destroying the god hand
@@BerserkDude Why was julius carrying a sword around he never used it
Donovan would take guts place. After battle of doldrey Donovan and Gennon would double team Griffith
I think this theory is a huge stretch. Casca would have died by Zod's hand, so events would have been completely out of whack. True. But could any man resist Casca’s curves…commoner or not?
@@BerserkDude lol, I can't completely disagree with you there. 😆
They have judo sending guts definitely didn’t make sense casca is a better choice but for assasination judo is an easy pick.
@@BerserkDude What exactly is going on with Casca's head on these images
soooo Casca just takes Gut's place? eh idk doesn't make much sense to me but an interesting theory nonetheless.

Corkus would quickly rise to the top in the Band of the Hawk and become the ultimate protagonist.

I was waiting for someone to say this. 😂

Damn bro that was actually very creative, awesome “what-if” scenario 🔥🔥🔥 Berserk definitely deserves more fan stories like this.
Mm I feel like Griffith could see that something isn't right
There's a reason Guts has admitted that he was the reason for Griffith's and the Band of the Hawk's fall.
It seems to me like the legit adaptation that Disney would make
This would actually make an interesting original story.
Just on work, listening to your vids, this drops, letsgooo

love yor videos man
Shisu: oh look a baby!, Nah i'll let it die

This story feels like it could fit skull knights back story. Reverse the roles of casca and skull knights wife.
So basically bad ending
good fanfic
Griffith would not use Casca in the first place to assassinate Julius. Griffith is clever, so he would kill him in some other way
