Theory: Par's characters are op on release to increase diversity
nobody using croc or ryuko anymore just a few days after release, to break into the meta you have to make a meta character

It's a really cool character but I really wonder how Enel is going to be made since they both use electricity. All I hope for is that there's not going to be overused reskins

enel has a lot of interesting things his fruit can do so there's a low chance unless they get lazy

Theres a reason why people said par balancing is bad, she has 2 guard break and lots of combo potential. Even an auto aim move :skull: i love par. Her ult also doesnt takes mode and deals 50 percent of your health no matter what you do.

She don't even feels unbalanced but the thing is that its HARD to tell whatever she is about to use.

I think you can ladder with electroshock. you are just cancelling the move too early by m1'ing, might be wrong though so don't take my word for it

when you use electroshock for some reason when you m1 while the move is casting, it cancels the skill which is probably a bug if anything because it makes no sense for a fast skill to even be cancelable

to ladder with electro shock you have to let the animation fully play for it to do the stun for you to ladder (don't cancel the attack)

Misaka It's so good, I've been waiting for her since accelerator. I think Mob Psycho could perfectly be his Legendary Skin. Mob is his base and when he awakens Its Mob Psycho Power 100%. I think it's cool.

I think her 4 can combo extend but you couldnt use it with uptilt because you were to close to your enemy and in their perspective their char is blocking your char (probably)

Lol her awakening is mixed with yoruichi for not sprinting and only dashing, kazuma for that ulti which is copy and paste of megumin explosion, and sasuke for that Kirin effect on the animation of awakening XD
