Only the lost will suffer Gods wrath of the plagues. The saved will witness the destruction of the wicked. The saved will be saved through the plagues until the second coming of Jesus on the very last day of earths history. We have assurance of safety because of Gods promise in Psalm 91. Psalm 91:2 I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. 3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. 4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. 5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; 6 Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday. 7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. 8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked. 9 Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; 10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. 11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
Thank you for sharing your insights! Indeed, to those who trusted in Jesus Christ alone will be spared from the coming wrath of God because Jesus Christ took care of their wrath at the cross. The saved are preserved through God's promises and will be with Christ at His Second Coming as described in Revelation 19:14, where the armies of heaven follow Christ, riding on white horses and clothed in fine, clean linen. It's also important to remember that God takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked (Ezekiel 33:11) and God constantly calls them to repentance. As believers, let's embody the compassion and mercy of our Lord reaching out to those who are perishing with the hope and love that can change lives. Let's continue to encourage one another as we wait upon the Lord. God bless you!
