Still catching up with you great videos. Actually I hope I never catch up, because I won’t have any surprises. Love these envelopes. You amaze me at how you can cut your angles so precise! Thank you for being you.... I have said.... just love your personality!!!! 💜🌹🌻✉️💌📨
Hi Sally, thank you so much for all the support. You'll be pleased to know there's another video going up in about half an hour. I often amaze myself Sally, it must just be practice😁😊🤗💜
This is wonderful Julie. I don't have half your kit, but I used two rulers just now. One for the straight line and another smaller one to score :) You're right it can be done. Thank you. I'm having a surprising amount of fun. x
I love to make envelopes to put stickers in for kids and include them in a birthday card. Thanks for reviewing different ways and that gave me a refresher course. 🇨🇦 (Mary)
Hello Julie, Hello Julie!! LOL!! Thanks for the shout out! I'm telling ya, my name is so much sweeter with an accent! Great little tutorial...I like making envelopes for my journals...I just made vellum ones this afternoon!
Yay I remembered 😂 I racking my brains for a TV show with a Kerri so I can hear it with a US accent🤔 I struggle with vellum. It sometimes curls in my printer and sometimes doesn't, for no apparent reason🧐 but I love the look of vellum envelopes😊💜
@@CameliaCraftsDesigns I think any shows/movies/songs use "Carrie" rather than "Kerri" but people pronounce both spellings the exact same way regardless...lol I have the same issue with my printer also....I find it curls more if what I'm printing is more "inky" than something more subtle.
Ooo thanks for the tip I'll take notice and try some more😊 Ahh it's pronounced like Carrie🧐. Well I just said hello to you again when I filmed today's video. Then I went on a rambling waffle about you lot over the pond pronouncing Tara differently😅😳🙄💜
I enjoyed this video! I recently watched The 3 piece cluster, and made up several. One I mounted on a tag which I had covered with a book page, showed my partner. He looked it over, then pointed out some words from the page that didn't get covered: "she looked at his round rump....." how we laughed! Thought you would get a kick out of this.
😅 oh Debra, that is so funny. Gesso is your best friend for that. I collages with a copy of Tom Sawyer once and i didn't realise the sort of language used in it so quite a bit got gesso'd 😊🤗💜
Nice! I love easy! I’d like to mention a little hint I learned from Tina (Shabbydabbydoodah) that I saw her do one day. She didn’t want the prongs on a coin envelope to go through the envelope, so instead of using 1 circle for the top & 1 circle for the lower part of the closure, she used 2 on the top: she put the prongs through the first circle, folded them out THEN glued the other circle on it & glued both circles to the front of the project! So she didn’t poke the prongs though the envelope!! I hope I explained that in a way that makes sense!! It’s really difficult to put instructions into words! Thanks so much! Erica❤I’m sorry I don’t know which video I saw it in…🥺
Love it Julie I shall have a go at these , I prefer the first envelope to the one I did on the punch board. I definitely need to perfect the coin envelope. (shall save this and have a bash) _probably do it in a vlog) I've never had a A5 pad.
Great video Julie. I make mine this way, especially for papers with a directional pattern. The envelope punch board is good and has its uses, but I still find this way easier too 😁
I’ve a new subscriber Julie and very new to journaling. I’ve watched 100s of tutorial for many different things about paper crafting and I have to say you are by far my favourite. Your fun to watch and really down to earth. I’m so pleased I stumbled across you. I’m off to catch up with more of your videos.
I am befaffled or befuddled by the pads always having 2-3 pages that are bizarre/weird/unique/ugly/crazy (or feel free to add your own description!) 😜 😅 The only pads I've never been disappointed with is Stamperia or 49 and Market... Guaranteed all are too gorgeous to use! 🥰 ❤️ (And I can't claim I'm a "seasoned" buyer of paper pads) 😊
Preaching to the choir love, yucky is another good description. It like they made some effort with 75% of the pad and then picked the rest at random from the ugly tree. Recently i put alot of ugly paper in the recycling bin as i knew i'd never use them and needed the space for yummier stuff😁🤗💜
Thanks you never thought to use the same principle for seed packet to make a envelope. Very nice. 😀🇦🇺🍀
I hit the like button before I even watch the video because I know I’m going to love it!!!💜☺️
Aww thank you so much Jani😊 I nearly didn't get this one up today, i fell asleep watching TV with the kids. I slept through another damn good film🤣💜
You have a good sense of humor, love your envelopes too.
Thank you so much Bell, really glad you like them😊🤗💜
I searched videos on using 6x6 card. Started with this one because I can make these and I enjoy your humor. 😊
Thanks love 😊🤗💜

I've since seen Melina at Me Crafty Scrapper do it and I've done it a few times. It was a real light bulb moment 💡😊🤗💜

They're so easy when you get the hang of it.
The range do quite a few A5 pads😊💜
@@CameliaCraftsDesigns I really need to get to the range.
No you don't. You'll spend a fortune😅💜
Loved it😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏

Great video. Could you post the measurements you used please. X
Hi Elizabeth, I used 6 by 6 inch paper. Scored at 1 3/4 and 4 1/4 horizontally then 1/2 and 5 1/2 vertically.
Hope that helps 😊🤗💜
