    Looks great but it's 900 bucks more than the Tynee Mini 3 SL that I've been carving on for this exact use case. Short trips to the gym and store doesn't warrant a 1300 bucks board IMO. Anyway, great video!

    Hello Drew, with all respect you do not make reviews but commercials. You have not once given any critique or things we as watchers would need to know. All boards are amazing. Not even this one being stupid expensive for what you are getting did you point that out for us.

    • @DrewElia

      John. Thanks my man for checking out the channel, appreciate you supporting me in doing so!
      My reviews showcase real world use case. I ride these boards for weeks at a clip living with them. Using them for daily errands, fun rides, rippers and carves. My reviews showcase the facts and how this board fits into a daily life use case. I give you my results as a 100kg 220lb rider and what my test results are based on that, now when it comes to prices of these products it’s not my position to determine what you can or can’t afford. Not my job to sell out of my own pocket or assume you can’t afford a product. It would be bad of me to show only expensive boards, I’ve showcased $300 hub boards as well. Are there other products I’ve reviewed at better prices, Absolutely, are they equally as fun, 💯!!
      There is a board for everyone, I say it in my reviews. That’s the truth, some people don’t care about numbers on a spec list but more the ride feel and are willing to pay more or less for it.
      So with all due respect to you John appreciate your comment and while you don’t have to have to view the reviews I do, I don’t appreciate you saying that people aren’t getting information on the product or my experiences a rider with it.
      But cheers, hope you are enjoying whatever PEV you’re on! ( I genuinely mean that as well, not being an asshole )

      @@DrewElia I think should also help is with issues and drawbacks.The Onirique cost 1500 dollars in Europe and comes with the old small motors. I have had many examples on crap support and ghosting mostly from Exway. Those are companies and boards that you just totally sell without any caveats nor problems Just they are all amazing. I am not trying to be nasty and you seem like a very nice person but this one was just without any issues other that wo it is amazing. The Onirique s also very heavy for a nice simple go to the mall board as you where selling

    Got 400 miles on mine already. Such a great board. Love it more than my 7 other boards, and it’s the slowest and smallest battery out of all of them. Sometimes it’s not about the specs

    I like this board but those motors are a total deal breaker.
    I have the original GTR which uses the same cheap, dated motors and they melt down at the sight of hills.

    I’m about 300 miles into mine, i only way 135 pounds soooo. 13-15 miles a charge is normal. It charges in 1hr 45mn. Ive hit 26 on a slight downhill with more throttle to go, using even softer bushings than what came with it. This board is fun I’m a surfy kinda skater and I’m starting to like the power wheelies and have even pulled a few standing slides. Yah it’s expensive but it isn’t UGLY either😂 who else got tangs and loaded !!!!!!come on man its nice.

    Yeah so true about a mini... Just something small and lightweight for that quick commute.
    Then you need 2in1 longboard for longer trips and larger pneumatic wheels.
    Then you need a mountainboard for offroad trails.
    Then you need a raceboard for ripping around the track...
    Then u realize where all your money went??? Haha

  • @BN99239

    It would be amazing if these mini boards come with direct drives so that they can be a bit lower and have less rolling resistance, which would also make up for the lack of battery capacity too.

    • @fujio001
      @fujio001 3 місяці тому +1

      I am hoping hub drive and direct drive development starts back up again. The efficiency you get with these two motor type is amazing. The lighter the board can be, the better.

    • @DrewElia
      @DrewElia  3 місяці тому +4

      loaded did a hub drive system and it looked cool cause you put it on any system, direct drive is one of the smoothest system ever. such an under dog

      @@DrewElia You should team up with an esk8 company and make a board, Drew! Low profile, lightweight, direct drive, shortboard. Keep it 15-20lbs somehow and you got a winner!

    *Love a good follow up video,* especially a mini!
    🤙🏽⚡️🤟🏽⚡️🤙🏽
    Onirique, or "Ricky" as I call it, is a damn good lookin board, Evolve made a great choice with the battery size, lighter than Stoke but 50% more range 👌🏽👌🏽
    The "midi" size makes shorter boards more accessable to people since some people find minis too small for them - many taller/heavier people, wider stance. These midis can have a wider stance than standard decks, with shorter wheelbase, all the fun with none of the sizin issues of minis.
    I just wish this video was double the length 😂
    Loved the stuff you spoke about in this, boards like this expand your esk8 lifestyle, people who skip on this style of board are missin out...
    Grab an Onirique, Challenger, Stinger or a Flow!!!

    • @DrewElia
      @DrewElia  3 місяці тому +1

      Couldn’t agree more my man! The midi stance is great for me being taller. I do love the true “mini” though exway wave comes to mind and that deck shape is perfect!
      Evolve and loaded nailed this, you’re right more range, great deck, perfect amount of power to performance.
      The boards you mentioned are definitely worth a look to anyone trying to grab a board for their line up! Yeww thanks for you checking it out bruv!

    Hello, I have had an Evolve Stoke with 105 mm wheels and you have to try hard to get wheel bite and only when stationary, surely that would work with this board? I really like but even more expensive where I live. Cheers

      the wheel flairs would allow you to rock bigger wheels, if you need to add a small riser pad maybe? but I don't think so.

    22 mph is too slow for a board with this power and price idc. My 350$ meepo goes 30 MPH and I'm always at top speed

    • @DrewElia
      @DrewElia  2 місяці тому

      @brokentradgedy 2 місяці тому

      @@DrewElia that's true but it wouldn't hurt them one bit to have an unlockable higher speed. If I can comfortably cruise miles and miles going 30 MPH on a super short stiff board with non optimal wheels on not the best pavement, then this board should be able to go faster
