Zygote ke paas ek hi nucleus hota hai. Jab sperm and ovum fuse hote hai tsb vo single cell with single nucleus form kr lete hai jisko zygote kaha jata hai... Zygote ke paas 23 pairs of chromosomes hote hai yaani ki 2n (diploid) condition hoti hai... Sir ne 2n ko leke shayd bola hoga aapke... Don't get confused... I hope it will help you 😃
