You make some of the best UA-cam videos I have ever watched.... Fantastic...
Thanks Sam!
Your second run...
AWESOME...
looked like timewarp :)
Big BIG respect (:
thank you for this videos.
He killed it, but didnt go through the timers fast enough.
Lots of good drivers and badass rigs but Timmy really is on a whole other level . And Ritchie Keith is a badass
He is fast for sure, and Plowboy has a ridiulous amount of power
19:12 - amazing suspension, it's like he was glued to the hill
some of these guys have their suspension dialed
My favorite local wheeling spot! Sweet footage
The only hill in Texas lol
I think a small segment in the pits before and after each hill would be a nice touch
I agree, We will see what we can do. I also will be adding some commentary while simultaneously providing live coverage on here at the same time.
Just gonna give shoutout to the itty-bitty tree holding the caution tape up at the bottom of hill one! Tough little sucker held the wheel of that bouncer off of the ground when they rolled it back over!
one tough tree
Does YT ever reset the like counter?? Almost 200K views and only 730 likes. This is good stuff!
I don't think so, we can keep liking and find out?
thank you video jake and matt
Thanks for tuning in
That was brilliant, what a good day for Kyle Crouch in fact what a good day for the top three. Must say Jake you took Riot on two very good runs with a decent finish, 18 out of 32 runners 🤘👌👍 good show and an awesome video put together beautifully. Thankyou great works guys 👌👌👌 x
Jake just needed to pay attention to the finishline and he would have been top 10 easy
BustedKnuckleVideo , oh don't tell me he missed judged it , still a good start for the points though . Maybe put a bigger flag on the finish line for him lol 👉👌
he was too busy doing the live feed and reading comments to pay attention lol
How come some of the fastest looking guys had some of the slowest times? Like Tim Cameron looked like he was flying but had a 34 sec time...
there was a penalty for hitting the tree, timmie hit it as well as Brandon Davis
Thanks for explaining that!
no problem, I told Carter (our editor) that we needed to say something about that on the video or put a caption but he was like "no one will notice" well that didn't take long! lol
yeah, thanks. I was wondering about that as well.
And another great post...always look forward to the up-close, in your face, footage.=)
What was Cameron's time without the penalty on the first hill?
At 14:44 the Tanner buggy. i have had very simular breaks. When that ring explodes through the cover and also jams on the carrier is a drag. Way Bummer! 😕
it happens with Dana 60s
Thanks for explaining about the tree penalty.
love the racing but need more in the pit coverage for sure !!!!!
There are only so many people and cameras
Riot and Unfinished bussines are my favourite :D
Those are two of the top buggies in the sport
soo sick guys!!!
thanks!
PLOWBOY II Hill 2 is by far the most whacky climb of the video.
That is a lot of motor to control
I would love to see if a tracked vehicle fares any better. Obviously would be slower but I wonder if the increase in traction would make a significant difference
slower isn't winning and it would just spin, momentum is key
LOVE IT! Hey guys at busted, how do you think your bouncers would stack up against the formula hill climbers? I know there is a difference but have you ever thought about inviting them here and/or you guys go over the pond and run whatcha brung?
They competed with them last year at Dyersburg, TN, Be sure to come to the SRRS finals to see this matchup again
Tim Camron sneaking his way to the top
yep
I think Richie Keith needs more power! Lol that thing knows how to move those 43s
it is crazy
Yeah! Too bad Bobby Tanner broke on the first hill!
I know that always sucks
BustedKnuckleVideo I hope to see you all guys again in Puerto Rico!
Can't wait to come back!
Well Wes Kean hauled ass up hill 2 and got 45:74!?? Any how nice race. (I know I'm late) lol
He hit the tree and get a penalty or didnt make the turn through the timers very fast?
When you Bust your Knuckles it is Called "Trade Marks"...Cuts and Bruises ...
lol
I think it’s about time Bobby gives Screaming Blue an overhaul.
Its already had numerous overhauls
BustedKnuckleVideo I meant a whole new redo. He seems to be DNFing quite a bit in 2017. And I think he’s been in that thing since I started watching in 2013. Maybe it’s time for a whole new concept.
He loves the buggy and will probably never sell it. They completely rebuilt it before we went to Puerto Rico with it last year.
I understand that. Old shoes fit the best!
great content keep up up guys👌
thanks!
Thanks we appreciate it!
Only Tim Cameron expert excellent the champion
he is fast
Great video
Thanks!
Fantastic t cameron
makes it look easy
it's looking awesome
gunna be a good year
I'm noticing tire pressure. What pressures are guys running. Looks a bit high for offroad use. Real bouncy and firm. Would softer tires help grab rocks better? (with suspension tweaks for handling)
Tires have to be able to comform on the rocks but not so much that you bend a wheel. They run 10-15 psi
bad ass don't know all drivers yet but keep watching videos
keep watching, also check out our rock rod garage and SRRS driver profile series
guy's good drivers for sure
there definitely are some great ones
nice introducing please keep it
That's Jake Burkey he filled in for me.
Damn Kyle Crouch is no slouch. I just made that up.
he smoked those hills
Tim Cameron's first run was about 14 seconds first place and u put down 34 seconds WHAT IS GOING ON HERE are you freaking kidding
Dude is fast
U gave Jake burkey 31 seconds for the first hill NO WAY he did that hill in about 16 seconds DOES HE EVEN KNOW that or tim Cameron know because his time was screwed up
Does anyone know the history of the "JOE DIRT" buggy? It just has a lot of character and looks like it might have a really good story behind it.
guy built it from an offroad pinto. Decided to race the full SRRS Season in it, never even raced before.
BustedKnuckleVideo , "an off-road pinto"...well, that's definitely interesting!!!! Lol
Here is a video of it- ua-cam.com/video/WhA8-E2xhUo/v-deo.html
BustedKnuckleVideo , "The Mean Bean", lol. I just knew there was something about that buggy. How cool is that? It's really neat to see how it's been converted to joe dirt. Not that the other buggies aren't cool too, but this one just has that added bit of, well, as the French would say,
"je ne sais quoi". Same with that Wes Kean guy. Now that cat sends it everytime he's on the hill. I've always been a 1/4 mile kinda gearhead, but these buggies are just fascinating. Thanks again for the video link and information.
Wes Kean can drive just about anything. he does more with a budget bouncer than most can do with a 100k rig. One of the best drivers in the sport IMO. The Joe Dirt guys were the underdog all season, they sold it and are building a new rig. I hope it is more competitive.
How much tire pressure u guys run??looks like a little too much for me.guess it's nice to have ponies
8-10 PSI, hitting rocks at speed requires a little more tire pressure than rock crawling
I didn't see how Tim got anything over 15 sec on the first hill
he had a penalty for hitting the flag
What happen to tc. He was obviously the fastest and it didn't look like he went of coarse why 30 second time would it Should have been around 13 sec
time penalty for hitting the tree
BustedKnuckleVideo it didn't appear brahmhill took a penalty for it though? maybe I'm wrong but it didn't seem to effect his time and he ran directly over it. JW.
That is a SRRS thing, we just film and use the times they post. The penalty was made bacause people kept running over the timers. Also many of the guys didn't realize the timers were to the right once they climbed the hill.
BustedKnuckleVideo I see. What about Jake.? Did he get some sort of penalty on the 2nd hill? I never seen him hit anything, and I counted his time as much faster than the 23 secs they scored him at.
Correct me if I’m wrong but seems to me as if no one can drive the “hit man” like the original owner and builder himself Nick Sosebee
travis is a good driver
Oh yha without doubt dude definitely has skills and balls
him being a bit crazy doesnt hurt either
Okay man no offense but you definitely have some of these times wrong. No way some of them were 45 second hill climbs when they looked like 15 second hill climbs. Is there some sort of 30 second penalty I don't know about?
There was a 30 second penalty for hitting the tree on the right hand side at the top
I finally figured out what about these videos bothered me. It's the lack of production. This thing needs some voiceover/commentary, badly. Maybe some "Jimmy Bob here chose to go with the 36" Pirelli swampers, while most on the circuit favor the softer compound and wider tread of the 35" Toyo Desert King. We'll see how it works out for him." Maybe some minor dialogue about racing lines, or changing track conditions? Hell, describe the beer you're drinking. Something, ANYTHING.
We have live feeds of the races with just that and people complain.
@@BustedKnuckleVideo good to know; love the videos regardless, guess I'm just used to the red bull signature series.
like checking out what up against
What kind of engines does warfare and bad donkey run?
warfare was a built small block, bad donkey is a stroker LS
jake burkey got ripped off he did the first hill in about 18 seconds and U gave him 31 seconds NO WAY he got ripped off
I just put the times that I am given on there.
Dont get the timing system you have. especially second hill. Just straight up no tree hitting and time is still with penalty
There was a bit of course at the bottom.
What happend to show time. His time was off to
penalty, he hit the tree also
I timed some of them but the time does not match whats up with that?
it's edited....
is that rzr at the end yours
It is
What class is this?
unlimited rock bouncers
camera man shits himself @ 23:31
close call there
8:08 mike twyman is a 23 second run but 6:04 Jake Burkey is 31 secs?
Jake didn't cross the finish line timers to the right fast enough once he topped the hill
ok thanks for the explanation had me baffled
anytime
Lil baby hill
took out a few good drivers
KFC wheels?
