    What are you using for knee boots? I see some trainers use them and some don't. Do you use these on all of your horses?

    Question: After one of your changes you said Mike had a little more head movement than you prefer. My mare does same thing. Her legs and body are good through the change but sometimes her head comes up and she uses her tail. How do you extinguish that behavior? Or does it just go away on it’s own over time as the horse gets more comfortable changing leads?

      It’s the result of lack of forward motion or drive. Like I talked about in the last video, I need to practice holding counter canter in second gear

    I need to watch the full video on the comfortzone. But is there a reason why you start on the oudside legg( on the left circle you start right galop, and visaversa) hope you untherstand what i meen 😅 hope for your replay😁

      It’s a good way to teach the horse to put more effort in his lead departures and lope off without dropping the shoulder.
