Hey everyone! The comment section has finally been re-enabled over the whole channel after 2 years by UA-cam themselves who shut it down in the first place. Glad to be in touch with my viewers again! :)
I've follow your instruction up to the last, the arduino says "avrdude: cannot locate 'flash' and 'boots' memories in description"... May i ask Do you know whats the problem
There might be an issue with your board or the code is too long for it (has run out of memory). Please try looking of forums for possible answers. Cheers.
Hi there. If you take this diagram - drive.google.com/file/d/1D_uhYmozksXxdWo3acg8Hx82iUtmN3g7/view?usp=sharing and combine it with this diagram - drive.google.com/file/d/1aGNoy611j2GMb6tWYj79BROibZ3OKPLQ/view?usp=sharing you'll have a functioning circuit, as long as you follow the connection points labeled (Ard 1 & Ard 2, etc.) Cheers.
For the detection is it possible to use the laser sensor by itself to detect when something has tripped it? Can the laser itself tell you when its been tripped? Or is it best to use a photoresistor like you did here?
Hi Max pls i need ur help My SIM800L is communicating alone if i run a test code but cant send msg when connected to the laser module pls i need ur help and advise sir
Hi Max, after using the code you provided it just sends an sms on my phone saying Hi! Its the alarm. Type on to activate,, buy when i type on there is no response, please help me
Follow up and assistance generally to execute the project I don't want to mess up and leave it half way. But, if I have someone that follows up I would finish the project successfully
Hi there. Can you tell if your GSM module even works? Please try putting a 50 microfarad filtering capacitor across its power terminals, this might help it start up.
Why what? If you find my project too complex, consider using only an Arduino board with the GSM module using more code to suffice for the features the green alarm board has.

I need help with the same project and I found yours on UA-cam
Can I please 🙏🙏 have your Gmail address. I need help with this and I just have 7 days to go
Amazing project, Max!
Thank you! :D

It's awesome I am going to try
Thanks for commenting. Great! Best of luck.
Can you provide some final connection and diagram i want to use this sam for my gold shop security

With cheap open-loop feedback lasers as the one used in this video, using a photo-resistor in combination is the only way. Cheers.
can we use arduino uno instead of arduino nano
Yes, as the pin-out and usage is exactly the same.
Hi Max pls i need ur help

Hi there. For proper guidance, reach out to me on Instagram: @max.imagination
What to Select in Other Board and Port in Arduino IDE
Select Arduino Nano as your board and the COM port that appears when you plug in the board to your PC.
I used a 470uf capacitor and a 560uf capacitor but still the sim 800L is not connecting to the network, what might be the problem
The power supply may be the problem. What power supply are you using?
Would I be able to integrate a RPIF module in this? And possible a fingerprint option in the mobile app to turn off the alarm?
Don't you mean "RFID"? I've never used either of them before so I wouldn't be able to help you on that.
Hi Max, after using the code you provided it just sends an sms on my phone saying Hi! Its the alarm. Type on to activate,, buy when i type on there is no response, please help me
Hi. Are you sure you have credit on your mobile phone? Does the message get through?
@@MaxImaginationyes i have enough credit
@@MaxImaginationsorry i had made an error but i have corrected,,now the system is working 😊 thanks max for your help
Hello. What are you using to power the Arduino
Hello there. I used an LM2596 DC to DC buck converter.
@@MaxImagination also i used a 470uf capacitor on the sim 800L but it still doesn't connect to the network what might be the problem
Can i use an ldr module instead of the circuit you built on your own in the previous video. Thanks!
The circuit already uses an LDR module. Could you please be more specific? Cheers.
@@MaxImagination I mean a readymade LDR module available in the shops. Please look it up
Which SIM support GSM module....2G ..3G...4G..?
This was 4G, I believe...
What did you use for the coding
A computer and the Arduino IDE.
Can i get a project report of this project
A report?
Yeah a project report
@@abednegoonsongo9652 I don't have a project report of this. There's a video and resource files in the description for you to download. Cheers.
Thanks you
I like your project
hi idol max

@@maureenadegoke5446 hi
Do you know how I can reach Max? I actually need his help
can i use arduino uno board rather than a nano board?
Yes, you can. The use the same chip and practically work the same, but are different sizes.
Hlo Max I want the code please as I am making a project...
From India
Hello. Please find it linked in the description.
really interested to buy like this, but from malaysia... can i ?
The project, no, but you can probably buy the parts.
I subscribed
Thank you!
I need help in executing this same project!
How can I be of help? What is the problem you're facing?
Follow up and assistance generally to execute the project I don't want to mess up and leave it half way. But, if I have someone that follows up I would finish the project successfully
I made it all same but after typing activation password it doesn't perform further there is no response please help

Source Code?
Linked in the description.
Add this, add that. But why?
Why what? If you find my project too complex, consider using only an Arduino board with the GSM module using more code to suffice for the features the green alarm board has.
@@MaxImagination With respect, etc., one could easily argue the project was too complex for /you/.
What is it's cost
Price can vary from country to country. For me, around $20.
