Come bake a Dutch baby or Puff pancake with me

Welcome!
Today we are baking a puff pancake or Dutch Baby
2TB butter
3 eggs
1/2 C flour
1/2 C milk
1/4 tsp Salt
Preheat oven at 400F
And Melt the butter on a 10" pie pan in the oven while it preheats
Beat eggs and mix all the rest of the ingredients
Bake for 25 mins (until center is not liquid. If all you see its just melted butter it's done)
Serve with powder sugar
