Without any doubt go for officer role, in a bank clerk gets no allowances, salary is equivalent to your neighborhood fruit seller way too low. Plus honestly u won't have any respect in the organisation, officer ko hi saari respect milti hai bhai. Aur ek baar handle people and u will know how tough it is to deal with them everyday, officer mein you only deal with people who want loans toh they always behave good. Mera bhi iss baar ibps po mein ho jaega, I will be out asap.

Take it from me.. Above 50 most of the time... I was not even speaking fluently my voice was too low and I couldn't frame the answers many time still got 55 previous year... And not so good this year too but hope for the best... Many things depend on this job for me.

Its the increase in vacancies after notification and mains cutoff that will decide the final cutoff as the ratio of candidate appearing for interview are always similar . The cutoff will go below 44 (UR) only if significant no. of vacancies are increased in the final allotment compared to notification.

If you don't want tension in life and want to stay close to your home go for rrb po. Also rrb po is much more secure job since rrb has least chances to get privatised. Secondly you are ok with frequent transfer , High BP and focus is only money and perks go for commercial bank po
