Delicious Dessert in a 5 minute

Total time: 20 minutes
Yields: 15-16 pieces
INGREDIENTS
240 ml (1 cup) orange juice
Zest of 1 orange
100 g (1/2 cup) sugar
120 g (3/4 cup) corn starch
Pinch of salt
½ tsp (10 g) butter
For coating: Zesty sugar or desiccated coconut
DIRECTIONS
1. Line a pan (7,5x5,5 inch) or similar size pan with a parchment paper and set aside.
2. Zest 1 orange and place it in a sauce pan.
3. Squeeze the juice from the oranges and measure 1 cup (240 ml). Pour the juice into the pan.
4. Add the sugar, salt and cornstarch. Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly until thickened, about 6-8 minutes, OR until a cornstarch is completely cooked. Stir in soft butter.
5. Pour the mixture into prepared pan, allow to cool to room temperate, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
6. Cut the dessert into squares and coat each square with sugar or desiccated coconut.
