Meet Penrose Room Chef de Cuisine Luis Young

Penrose Room Chef de Cuisine, Luis Young has been at The Broadmoor for three years. Chef Young worked as Chef de Cuisine of Summit at The Broadmoor for a year and eight months, before moving over to Penrose Room, Colorado's only Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five-Diamond Restaurant. Chef Young was recently nominated as a Semifinalist for the 2020 James Beard Foundation Awards, Best Chef: Mountain. Chef Young says being nominated, "is an honor, and a humbling experience."
