You can clean that giant basket with a hose outside and some soap sprayed on it. Just let it dry and it would be clean enough for putting clean clothes or whatever. It’s a good find for the garage storage.
I wondered if that canvas bag comes off to make the cleaning better? I've seen a bunch of those, but who ever thinks of cleaning one. I didn't think of a hose. I wonder if a power washer would be too strong? Even at the car wash...

That is so cool that Alex likes to sew. Awesome to see a man into sewing, cause they have a different perspective of ideas for patterns and needs for men that women may not know they need or want certain things to make life easier for everyone as well.😊😊
My Uncle used to sew; but the things he sewed most often were dog harnesses. Definitely heavy duty.
Very true in deed.. I have a nephew who started to sewing when he was 12. He created many prom dresses. He graduated from the fashion college.. I guess it runs in my family. My maternal grandma did it too. My nephew's great grandma..

I love that you have a new kitty cat. I raise two kittens from about 6 weeks and I started clipping their nails at that age and they grew used to it so I didn’t have to worry about them ripping up the furniture and drapes. They were exclusively inside cats because there are bobcats and other animals in my neighborhood. That might help.
You can use egg trays, & plant the eggs trays in the ground when the seeds start to grow
The plant starters were great. I would have taken them all. They would have sold fast in a garage sale. ❤

my dad used those kind of egg carton type cartons to start his gardens
by the time it was gardening time his plants were all up and sturdy. he had 8 ft tall tomatoe plants, all sorts of salad preps, radishes in early march. you kids are so fun to watch

Alex, you have now joined my mom in a very exclusive club of people who have accidentally slipped on dead bird. Hers was a baby bird in a parking lot. She thought it was ice cream at first.

Those cardboard seed boxes you called them grow mushrooms very well in fact you can sell so many mushrooms.
Welcome to kitten life where everything is theirs. Don’t replace anything until he’s older. But also don’t let him get away with destroying the curtains or furniture because you won’t be able to break him of it years from now. You have to discipline them like a child and tell them no even though it breaks your heart. Trust me. Their claws will destroy your house if you allow it.

We also want to harness train our kitty. He’s dying to go out like the dog. Bo es is just such a cutie, and he’s has so much personality. I love how vocal he is! His Tarzan routine on the curtains at the end of the video was hilarious. You may want to consider getting second kitty down the road, cats enjoy the company of another cat. We are hoping to get our car a companion in the spring. He plays with the dog, but it’s not the same as any cat to hang out with. We are lucky our dog is very cat friendly!

You can cut a potato. Next, cut the stem, leaving 2 or 3 nodules on the stem. Cut tops off of flowers. Stick stem in potato and plant . Make sure to water. It should root and grow,

Kelly, I use those pretty boxes when I am shipping ornaments and other smalls, I put the box in a polymailer and feel that it provides an extra level of protection. I do tape up the box with tape too :)
I just did my first craft show today, and my primary item is greeting cards, I was drooling over display stuff in that one dumpster.

The cardboard trays, see if your local family centres or residential homes can use them to plant seeds
Or do a curb alert, for free cardboard seed/plant starters. That’s better than having them just end up in a landfill.
You could use the canvas trolley to store stuff for your yard sales and the periwinkle rack can be used to store Alex's sewing stuff. I love when you find good food! Bones is such a sweetie!
Be careful with that long ribbon with Bones. Kittens can become entangled and die if it gets wrapped around his neck. It should only be an interactive toy...maybe tie it to a stick and have Bones try to catch it. He's adorable and will have a wonderful home with you both! 🐾🐾💕
Happy Easter You 2. You can always cut the sprouting carrots about a inch from the green part. Put it some dirt with the sprouting part above the dirt. They may might make another.
I just saw Bones...he is so hungry for attention and wants to show you lots of love! My Kitty is a Rag Doll. Her name is Mittens and she looks a little like a Siamese but has hair, not fur. She is not a talker like Bones but she is very loving. She curls up next to me when I go to bed and lays above my head a lot. I know you will have many years of joy with him. You said you want him to travel with you, which is awesome but if you train him to be an outdoor Cat to roam free, you will be up late many nights worrying about his safety. I grew up with indoor/outdoor cats during childhood and cried a lot when I didn't know where my fur baby was. I swore when I had the chance to have my own animals, they would be indoor only. It's worked out great.

Those cardboard candle holder cartons can be put in water and made into paper pulp for crafting too!
You should get Bones a suction cup window hammock. My cats love theirs! ❤
Bones is so adorable. I just loved the hello. But while you were showing the back yard my mind went to Pilgrim an i was thinking of all the things he has buried in that yard, lol. I miss him but Bones sure is fun to see and i love to see him watching the other animals, maybe you can catch him on video one day and share it with us. My cat sit by the window too and so does my Chihuahua lol.

Clean it out with garden hose, soap etc. You can put kids sport stuff in it, balls etc, or teddy bears or blankets etc. Great find.

We have a gray calico cat and we trained her to hop up on our shoulders when we go outside and then she hops down to go do her business and then climbs up on our shoulders again to let us know she wants back inside.
Take those empty foaming soap dispensers and lids. These are great pumps that last forever if you make your own foaming soap. I use these for everything. Foaming hand wash, foaming body wash, foaming dish soap, foaming shampoo. It really cuts down on cost for those things and works great!
You guys found enough food for your Easter Dinner!! It is fun to watch you 2 you are always so happy. Keep it up!
The sign would be great for bones .....fill the bottom with sand so it's stable use a big cardboard tube to cover the pole then use carpet samples to cover it ....scratch post/climbing post...you could secure a cat house on top he'd love it .
Keeps your furniture scratch free and somewhere up off the ground for him to hide and sleep ❤
Wish you would have taken all the cardboard trays and curb alerted them or donated (pre-school, elementary school, arts programs, crafters, etc.) If your goal is to keep things out of the landfill and give them a 2nd life. Those metal rack "baskets" fit perfectly into peg board. A lot of people use it for garage organization!
If you are going to have a garden, you can use old veggies and flowers, egg shells, etc in a compost pile. You can plant old potatoes, onions, green onions. Tomato and green peppers can be dried. Bones is very cute and how wonderful that he is in training to be an adventure cat with you two! My daughter's family has the best, most laid-back black cat ever. We've had many through the years.
The plant starters are much bigger than the ones that are made for it. If you try it, I would do around 4 seeds in it. That way you could then separate it into 4 plants and not need as much soil. You also don’t have to fill it up to the top with soil if you are transplanting it to another container. ❤️

Happy Easter guys! It made my heart sooooo happy to hear you are leash training bones!! It’s one of my biggest regrets with my cats. I would love to be able to take them on travels but they are so skittish that it would be impossible at their ages.
I thought a little leash harness would be great for my cat, who was a bit of a warrior. But every time I put it on him, he fell to the ground and got the Oscar for most dramatic death scene ever. He really looked dead - eyes glazed, mouth open, expression of agony, etc. Every single time. So that was a no go.😾💋
@@JoanneOz cats are notorious for being drama queens. Every time I’ve tried to put a costume or something on mine they do the same thing. They act like it immobilizes them. 😂

You can dry the fresh flowers out in a nice cool dry place inside and after 6 months or so you can mix the dried flowers and make potpourri and put in a glass container with a lid.

Purple organizer..I'd drill holes in the container bottoms, fill with soil, plant herbs and mount the rack to my fence!

We save and use small sturdy boxes for wrapping presents. Yours were so pretty.

My family owed Laundry and Cleaners and they used carts like the one you found. I had one for the kids toys. They are very useful and fun to be pushed around in! 😂

Kittens and young cats love to climb curtains.😉 When I brought Tinkerbelle to her furever home with me she tore my curtains completely down eight weeks later.😂 That was seven years ago and we're still blissful!

Hi on those cardboard trays you could also use for succulents a little soil and take a piece off another plant and that's it really think you and your husband are great couple always happy and laughing and love your cat

Those cardboard things are great if you barbeque with charcoal. Cut them apart, put the charcoal in them and light them. I use cardboard egg cartons. And the sign would be good for your garage sale sign.
Welcome to cat mom life!! LOL! They are a trip and so much fun. Don't try to figure them out as it will never happen! He is just a baby still too so buckle up! Everyday is a new adventure and discovery. Don't be surprised if you find him on top of the fridge or just hanging out anyplace high up. In their DNA to climb. We had one that loved to get on top of the kitchen cabinets and sleep. Climbing curtains is a thing too and even getting up on the rod. We have one now we are fostering for a friend and he is a year and a half but still so much kitten in him. Never a dull moment and something new everyday! You might want to think about getting him chipped if you plan to travel with him or let him out. Just gives piece of mind. The one I am fostering actual has a special collar with an Apple AirTag in it so if gets out/lost we can track him on our phones. Enjoy! He s so sweet! LOVE vocal kitty's also!

You can easily wash the big canvas thing outside with cleaner and a hose. Also the extra ripened bananas can be used to make banana bread
The white plastic bowl is one of my favorite bowls for the microwave. It's a good size and doesn't stain like some microwave dishes.

The dish/cleaning gloves could have been taken out of the nasty bags, you could use them at the house.
