barabanki Nag Devta Mandir Mela: बाराबंकी शहर से पांच किलोमीटर दूर मजीठा गांव के नाग देवता मंदिर में सावन के पवित्र महीने में मेला लगता है. इस दौरान नाग देवता के दर्शन करने के लिए श्रद्धालुओं का तांता लगता है. नाग देवता के दर्शन करने के लिए प्रदेश के कई जिलों से लोग बाराबंकी पहुंचते हैं. ऐसी मान्‍यता है कि सावन के पूरे महीने और नागपंचमी के दिन इस मंदिर में जो भी श्रद्धा भक्ति से मन्नत मांगता है, वह पूरी हो जाती है. साथ ही जो लोग सांपो से परेशान हैं या जिन्‍हें सांपों से डर लगता है, वे यहां दर्शन करके अपनी समस्‍याओं को दूर कर सकते हैं. यहां सभी तरह के जहरीले सांपों की अदालत भी लगती है और उनको नाग देवता दिशा-निर्देश भी देते हैं. कहा तो यह भी जाता है कि जिन लोगों को सांप काट लेता है, वह भी यहां अगर पहुंच जाएं तो उसकी जान बच जाती है. जानकारी के मुताबिक मजीठा गांव के ज्यादातर घरों में अक्सर सांप निकलते रहते हैं. मंदिर के पुजारी के मुताबिक पिछले साल यहां ब्राजील से भी श्रद्धालु आए थे.

There is also a court of all kinds of poisonous snakes here and the snake god also gives directions to them. It is also said that if the person who is bitten by a snake reaches here, his life is saved. According to the information, snakes often come out in most of the houses of Majitha village. According to the priest of the temple, devotees from Brazil also came here last year.
