Did you try adding tool oil to the air side? Is there also a pressure specification for the pump? Im not sure how these pumps work, but the Graco pumps seem to last a long while
I have tried oiling it. Lemmer just says "up to 120 psi" for pressure. It appears the issue was caused by some air in the system. Once purged out, it hasn't been doing this. It just seems weird to me because I've used Graco pumps before, and those don't act like this when air bound. I'm still not sure if this is normal operation or not, but it's working okay for now.
