Welcome home Christine..you were missed! So nice to watch your artistic skills at work again..beautiful card of course..happy that you had a lovely vacation 😊❤️
Welcome back Christine, we missed you - I'm glad you had a good time. The card is beautiful; I admit I had my doubts when I saw the consistency of the wax but then you worked your magic.
Welcome home! If the French video you mentioned has closed captioning, you can specify the language you want the narrative translated into. The results are occasionally amusing, but you will definitely get the gist of it.
I really missed you, kept checking to see if I had missed a video. So glad you had a wonderful vacation. I was really surprised at how lovely the leaves turned out. While you were mixing the wood paste, it didn't look like it would work out as well as it did. ❤ Thank you for showing us videos with new ideas.
Hi Chris ….welcome home. So nice to see your beautiful cards again. I watched with wonder to see how the new wax would do…..and it looks amazing. Just to let you know I’ve been waiting in anticipation for your creations to come up on UA-cam but now I have to go on your subscription to find that your recent makes were there. How strange I don’t know if anyone else had the same thing. Love what you’ve created and those leaves are beautiful x❤️
For some unknown reason many of my subscribers have been unknowingly unsubscribed from my channel. Sometimes over and over, if you could keep checking to see that you are subscribed and give a thumbs up for each video and a comment now and then hopefully your subscription should remain. It’s a real nuisance ! I have no idea how it happens, I just see subscriber number decrease from time to time, which is really sad !
It's wonderful to see you back x .I didn't know you were back, I was again watching some of your older videos when I saw this one pop up.I'm so pleased you had a wonderful holiday but sorry you've caught a cold. Your card is wonderful as always and the faux guilding looks fantastic!
Glad to have you back in your craft space. Another fabulous card, interesting how people find different ways to use house hold products in their craft. Who wants to do housework when we can craft.😊
Housework doesn't really fall into my scheme of things, I didn't realty want to put cleaning ladies out of a job when I retired, so I still have one!😄😄😄
Ooh la la - very shimmery! I love the layout of this card. How nice of your viewer to share this with you and we also benefit by watching you experiment and create! (I somehow overlooked this video in my alert list, so apologies for the delay in watching/commenting.) Fun video! 👍❤🍁
Thank you so much! Maybe you might need to keep checking that UA-cam doesn't unsubscribe you as has happened to lots of my other viewers! If you keep giving thumbs up it should help I believe! ❤️❤️❤️
@@Chrissieannie Yes, it showed subscribed with notifications, but I checked your main page and saw I had missed that one. I unclicked subscribe/alerts and then clicked them back on again. I'll definitely recheck it from time to time to make sure I don't miss any future videos! ❤
I’m delighted to hear you enjoyed your holiday. I’ve had the best time watching your older videos and learning from them. I hope the cold passes quickly. I look forward to more videos.😘
Welcome back. Beautiful card and looks like you're going to have fun with that wax, so many colours to be made. What a wonderful gift. Thank you Christine and have a lovely day.
Beautiful! Yes, Chris, just think of all the combinations you can make! Can't wait to see them! And you don't have to make a huge batch of each. Just make a little bit and use it up. So exciting! ❤ From Cheryl in AZ
Welcome back Chrissie! I'm glad you had a great holiday, the photos of your stateroom were gorgeous, never knew there was that much space as I had always heard the rooms were small on a ship. Your suit was amazing! What a cool idea with the wax! I would have never thought of this. LOL Yes, people are so kind and generous in this community! Your thank you card is just beautiful. Hugs, Brenda
Glad that you had a nice holiday. Welcome back. I have been having fun watching your 2022 Gummiapan advent calendar videos but I am looking forward to your new ones now. Love the card. Carol from (raining at the moment) Wales.😂
It’s great to have you back Chris and I’m so glad you had such a wonderful time. Such a beautiful card and I love all the different elements you’ve used. Thank you so much for sharing xx
Welcome back. Happy Valentine's Day. Beautiful card. So glad you trimmed that little piece of burlap sticking out on the left. That was driving me nuts! Lol.
Hello & welcome back Christine 🥰💐 Missed your videos & humour. Gorgeous leaves & as Autumn is coming early to Adelaide, I am thinking your 🍂🍁are a perfect choice for your project today. Thank you so much! 🦘🦘🦘
Those leaves turned out so beautifully! I don’t have Luscious Powders or French furniture polish, but I do have some Perfect Pearls and I bought some Mink Oil natural colored shoe polish so I’m going to try something similar. At first I thought the background paper you chose would be too bright to tone down with the gilding wax but now I think it was the perfect choice. Working my way backwards through all of your videos and enjoying them immensely 💕
Christine, a tin of shoe polish(natural) mix half a teaspoon of polish with coloured pigment paste of your choice, light tan polish if you’re using gold coloured pigment paste…makes a lovely job..found this at one time on UA-cam …(Elise in the attic)
You've reminded me that I bought IndogoBlu's gilding gum and have NOT used it. Tsk, tsk, tsk. I can't believe it. I was so excited to get it. So glad to see you again although I definitely am going to resist temptation on this one. Goodness knows I do not have enough room to start making gilding wax from from all my Magicals pigment powders! I do, however, adore how the leaves and sentiment came out. Beautiful. So nice to have you back. It's such a great start to me day.
Nice to have you back from your trip. So glad you had such a good time. I too am from Washington and very much enjoy your videos…both older and current.

Hello Christine so lovely to see you back, I’m glad you had a nice time, your suite on the ship looked amazing. Just letting you know that I bought a pot of Clear Finishing Wax from Sweet Poppy Stencils on their stand at the Craft Fair at Sandown a few weeks ago, and there are videos on UA-cam as to various ways you can use it. The wax has a very different consistency to the one you’ve been sent. It’s lovely trying all these different products. Diann x
Hi Christine, i had been meaning to tell you that you could make your own gilding wax. I made some with different colors of mica powders and body cream and they turned out very well. I watched a tutorial on UA-cam and they used colorless shoe wax instead, the consistency is more like the store bought gilding wax.
I had heard about the shoe wax option but was wondering about whether it would leave grease marks, it's really interesting to see what ideas people come up with isn't it!
