3 Dried Red Chillies
PHANPHORAN MASALA
Pumpkin - 1 kg
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tbsp
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Funnel Seeds - 1 tbsp
Fenugreek Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Nigella Seed -1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Coarse Coriander - 1 tsp
Grated Ginger - 1 inch
Chopped Green Chilli - 4 pcs
Dry Red Chilli - 2 pcs
Tomato - 2 pcs
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Black Salt - 1/2 tsp
