Last summer I through daddy inherited my grandmother's jewelry ❣️ since she passed whilst momma was pregnant it was kinda like getting to know her in a special way 🌹

I own that exact jewelry box. I bought it for $1 at a yard sale when I was a child. 25+ years later i still own it.

My mother told me that silver was a soft metal and the more inclined a piece was to bend indicated higher levels of silver. ?? Does anyone else think about the ladies who wore these years ago? Fascinates and intrigues me. 😅

The cameo pendants aren’t in the traditional oval style, but probably much older and definitely gorgeous. Nice collection. I haven’t opened that jar yet 🙂🌷

Oh boy that was a treasure I liked all the pins and brooches and looking at all that old jewelry and I think my favorite is that bluish color rose ring that was beautiful a lot of keepers in there
Wow! So many vintage and antique treasures in that treasure chest! You've got your work cut out for you in testing all that treasure, but what a labor of love. Enjoy!
I am fascinated by the screw back earrings. My mother had lots of them, as well as big chunky brooches. I loved looking through her jewelry!
You have lots of treasures there, and I enjoyed going through the box (which I liked very much as well) with you!
That odd bit of chain with a clip on one end and a large bar on the other with flowers is a watch fob type thingie for a lady not a bracelet. The bar went into a blouse button hole and a small pocket watch or even a pendant went on the clip, probably turn of the century. Correction on the clips - the single clip was a dress clip, like the abalone ones should come in pairs. None of these are shoe clips or fur clips. They were worn on the neckline of a sweetheart neckline on either side of the collarbone. Fur clips had two wicked sharp long prongs to pierce the leather. This was a real treasure chest, while some pieces were modern, most were very old.

I think the chain section you showed in the beginning with the crystals is to hold the sweater around your shoulders which they did back then it would be adjustable

Wow! What a pirate treasure chest! Every single thing you pulled out was unique and wonderful and looked valuable, some of those things look like they’re turn-of-the-century. You really bring it all to life especially love that roach with the red center and smoky points the one that looks like a flower wow.❤❤❤

You should have some sort of subscription where people can buy your jewelry maybe send out a catalog with your jewelry you have available for sale once a month to people who subscribe to your channel I think that would be awesome cuz I would like to buy several of your pieces you have available for sale I just can never buy online

The gold piece with the white flower and red jewel in the middle isn't a bracelet,it's to hold your sweater on when it's drapped over your shoulders. I have the exact same one but mine is 18k gold with a diamond in the center of the flower

Hi Lucia, I think the clip you showed very early in the video, it a shoe decoration. You would buy a plain shoe and add different clips down the front of the shoe to make the shoe look different, with different clothes.?

I like the coral, I think that was a coral ring you showed right before the green 14k ring. I also liked the carousel charm and the glass cameos may be Czechoslovakian, both pretty. Many interesting things. Oh yes, the agate necklace too, maybe so eone was a Scot.
I wanted to let you know in case you didn't know, that greenish stuffs found on older jewelry is called ' verdigris ' it can & will spread to other pieces! Always separate those pieces from your jewelry
