Haven't been fully keeping up with the updates but damn this is an impressive system! Great to see it fully working after all the hurdles you've had to go through!
The all clear chime @ 3:44 is the same sound that was used for room-to-room talk on the PA system at my middle school, which is different from the sound all-call tone that’s played for the whole school’s announcements. Never knew this chime was in fire alarms as well.
Very cool system I’m sure this wasn’t cheap for you to put this together keep up the good work. has the house system been expanded at all or still the same?
Yea the house system is basically a new system at this point(Notice how the 9200 is not next to the 3030 like it used to be), I just need to edit all the video. Thanks for watching!
I wish my school had voice evacuation alarms but they don’t and I don’t like hearing the noise by itself but a message is better than hearing the noise it makes
I agree! But many experts will probably tell you that horns are much louder and thus able to get more people’s attention. I think NFPA 72 Fire Alarm code mandates a standardized Code 3 tone unless the building is for assembly iccupancies. If that’s the case then they have to install a voice system. I think the requirements are a bit dumb myself, especially with me having sensitivity to loud noise. I wish they would reconsider the codes-make voice the standard, not the horn or code 3.
i was surprised that notifier honey well panel could sync the mass, spectrealert classic and advanced and also l series of system sensor strobe fire alarms.
Oh yea, I am gonna put an LCD-160 in every bedroom and an Nbg-12lx on every square inch of the house. Screw the 9200. I might just throw the DVC away and just use the SKE-450 for the voice evac

Thanks, it had definitely taken a while to get to this point.
Our hospital is having a fire drill next week, and I’ll get to pull the fire alarm. It’s fascinating as you have to be super lucky to legally pull it.
Hello that's really cool!! You have the panel completed! Stay safe and have fun!! ...
