Since Melbourne is somewhat cold in winter, what kind of heating system is used. I don't think houses have a basement like in Northern part of USA or Canada which hides the true size of houses by 1/3 to 1/2.

Good home,, Australia is not bad,how is insurance, mortgage,cost of living? We live in Florida, but houses are very costly... what you do for a living there?? I like your house.Hope one day visit Australia.but I fear jet lag...how many hrs from Dubai??

Australia's especially melbourne and Sydney real estate is getting into a level where it's not easily affordable for an average person. That's already the case with Sydney. Living expenses in high compared to US. It might be between 14 to 16hours from Dubai I guess
