You can use boxing techniques in the game but it doesn’t register as power . So yea if you want to get knockouts its about how you turn your wrists during the punch motion which isn’t good technique but for shadowboxing it can help

I'm gonna be right there with ya! I use to train in LA at Freddie Roaches gym, even got to his Manny P's Speedbag a few times. This is a cardio monster. Everyone talks about technique and bla bla bla. Dude, you're doing great. Majority of people saying that don't even box. I'd love a muay thai version of this. I'm a little older now and even though I can walk to the Muay Thai gym here in Thailand, I don't have the drive to want to exchange like I use to. I hate cardio but this is a great way to work cardio without boring running
Oh, and sometimes when your fighting in the pocket head movement feels weird. But the easiest way to explain head movement is with your hand up pretend like you're tucking your right shoulder to your left knee, or vice versa.
This cardio is no joke. I am averaging out around 600 calories/hour. I wish they can have a kick boxing version where they keep track of the leg movement!
This game would be pretty good to shadow box if you’re a real boxer and train your weaving and whatnot Although only thing in this game that’s bad is you can do punches that’d be basically impossible to do like 2:19 😅
@@getfitwithming6133 the reason why those punches are "impossible" is because your guard is really low and you're swinging really wide which makes it easy for the opponent to counter or dodge
