The road building process is a classic case of the government hoodwinking the people. Not all that glitters is gold, friends. The road building process is known as organized chaos. You're are being paid with fools gold. How many roads are compacted to engineering spec, how many roads were soil tested, and what is the elevation from trench to road surface. Taking a person with no training in road construction or how to manage dirt, or know how dirt behaves under rainy conditions and empowering him / Her to build a road and to wear the title contractor is the classic case of selling a bill of goods to those who don't know or those who only sees dollar signs .
