The Late Show with Stephen Colbert is the premier late night talk show on CBS, airing at 11:35pm EST, streaming online via CBS All Access, and delivered to the International Space Station on a USB drive taped to a weather balloon. Tim's problem disciplining his son reminded me of an incident between my brother and Mama. She was 4'11", he over 6' and 16 years old. But she had been a Captain in the army. While disciplining him, shaking her finger, she ordered him to 'wait right there', went to fetch a stepstool, and returned to complete her tiraid eye to eye, and he did, cowering in the corner of the kitchen until her return. A formidable woman.
My short drill sergeant would look up at me and say, "Don't MAKE me come up there!"
Intimidation isn't about height, or strength, or body type. It's all attitude and mentality. Robert Carlyle was totally intimidating as Digby in Trainspotting, and as Victor "Renard" Zokas in The World Is Not Enough, and he's only 5' 8"

Tim was a nice guy when I was an SNL intern. Still have a rough copy of Ladies Man on VHS with a 'property of Lorne Michaels productions' bar running along the bottom as it plays.

Yeah, I used to watch TCR on the regular. I can't say if he pronounced it that way EVERY time, but it was definitely how he pronounced it on a regular basis.

I’ve been LOVING the No Access remake. Tim and Patrick are great together. Great cast and hilarious writing. I don’t ever want this show to go away. So happy it’s now available in Australia. This interview between old friends had me laughing out loud
