Hi everyone! I'm back again with another cover, and this time it's an English cover!! I had a fun time writing lyrics after not doing so for such a long time. I hope it meets expectations as I'm a bit rusty haha ;-;
I feel like this biweekly upload schedule is working pretty well for me right now (I may increase it to weekly eventually), but I'm still trying to figure out what day and time I should upload. As of right now it's Saturdays, but do you guys have any suggestions? I would really appreciate your feedback! :)

Here are the lyrics I wrote! As usual, they're not exact translations, but I tried to keep to the original meaning as best as I could while writing lyrics that actually fit the melody, rhythm, and rhyme. The parts that were already in English are of course not mine (like the rap haha). Enjoy~

Somehow yes, but they (or idols overall) are allowed to date, ofc it depends on what entertainment u choose but they can date if they want to, but it's risky bc of toxic or sasaengs fans u know :/

Wow, this is just a perfect cover. I always like when covers are done in a way that it is true to the original (by way of message, feeling etc.), but there is also a little twist. You managed to do it so perfectly! When I imagine blackpink singing this without the facade of happiness (which ofc I assume was done purposely to match with the lyrics) I can picture something like this.
