I was in big 4 . That was a crap . There is no need to glamorize such things. In that we used to have chaipoint . I think for onboarding they are doing this. Youngsters , please join small company . Don't think you will become partner being big 4. Earlier it used to take 12 years not it takes averagely 16 years. Till the time you become partner , you will not be young enough to enjoy life.
