    my note from this video:
    While relentless effort is admirable, true success arises from focus and leverage. Examine where you invest your precious time and energy. Mastermind with peers to gain insight and fresh ideas, automating tasks wherever possible. This empowers more impact with less grind, creating space for relationships and renewal. Hard work alone does not guarantee rewards; prioritize high-value connections and opportunities for multiplying your efforts. Reflect on habits keeping you small, and replace exhaustion as your metric with personal growth and helping others do the same. Small changes in mindset and methods can yield outsized results. Let this be inspiration to reclaim your hours, live fully, and spread light through sustainable success on your own terms.

Cooking, getting a chef job. Cleaning, getting a cleaning job. Something like that. That perhaps you could help others with in return for a fee. Food for thought, no pun intended 💪

    Could be a good topic for the video: which skills are sellable for 3k+ monthly. I bet not that many.
    (Checked the channel before suggesting).

      To be honest, most skills are... But only to the right avatar. For example, my client who sells the stop drinking course for $8,500 only sells it to wealthy business owners, so 1% of the world. Or my client who teaches music composition for $3,000 a month only sells it to high-level, serious composers, so 1% of the music industry. Or my client who teaches real estate sourcing for $6,000 for eight weeks of training to serious and dedicated aspiring real estate entrepreneurs, so 1% of the world... etc. Well done on the song blowing up man, that's awesome 💪

    I'm currently studying business administration in Germany and sell my own business paintings on Etsy and eBay, sell t-shirts, hoodies with my designs (no brand, only niches designs) on Amazon and invest my earned money in stocks every month. I don't earn that much, I could hardly live on it, but since I'm still a student, my parents support me. I started selling online stuff 5-6 years ago, so I have experience but never really earned much. Could I somehow create a course with this or even do live coaching. in which direction do you think I could do this?

    The math checks out, but the trick is finding the right topic which 1) you're interested in enough to maintain the business at a high level, 2) you have authority now or can get it very fast, and 3) a buyer exists who is willing to pay a premium.

  • @jamezdfit
    @jamezdfit 11 місяців тому +1

    So in short, a bit about why you started building your business, the results you are getting, then how you are now monetising that entire process, signing people up and have them as clients to begin making their own process. Instead of selling an info product on like stock trading, you’re selling an info product on how to sell an info product, which many people actually want to learn how to do. The ones that are doing well in your course you’re using their results to educate how well the model can work, to people who are interested and want to learn it, while simultaneously profiting from the model itself. It’s smart and simple. Just wanna know tho, do I have to become a client for you to be able to tell me, should I begin with selling an info product or course on “how to sell an info product” , which is obviously a money printer, or would I realistically have to begin selling an info product on some other niche skill like boat-cleaning or coding and then shift to selling courses on how to sell courses?

    • @willia_mbrown
      @willia_mbrown  11 місяців тому +2

      That's a good summary. Yes, it won't be possible for you to teach anything until you have proof that you can do it and have done it yourself. That's the foundation. I am only able to work with people who *have* a high-value skill, a talent or unique knowledge that's valuable to others. If you have that, I can help. If you don't, then unfortunately I can't 👍

      Usually solving one problem creates another. What problem does your front-end solve, and what problem is then created? You'll use your back-end to solve that newly created problem thereafter. For example, your front-end might get people to $10K a month, then your back-end might get people to $250K a month, and your mastermind might help people get to $500K a month along with letting your clients make high-level connections in-person etc💪

    I think it would be very valuable if you could create a video about what tiers of offers you advice when starting with selling an education program.
    There might be no correct answer to what you exactly should ask ($) for a certain program, but your view on it is very helpful 🙏
    What should my offer contain to be worth $6500 selling? Of course someone can make the money back “easily” if you put in the work.

      Yeah it sounds like you've misunderstood me a bit there bud. A high-ticket recurring program typically includes a training program, with group-coaching or one-to-one coaching, or in some cases both. This is why people carry on paying: For the coaching and support and accountability, and the ever-evolving training program contents. For me, because my clients make so much money from my help, the fee quickly becomes an afterthought as it's so small compared to the five, six and sometimes even seven figures they make 👍

I am by no means an expert in sales/ coaching though and what you spoke about today really resonated with me (about focusing on the systems of the business). In this next 6 months just really grinding it out with these one to one clients (but it can be time consuming). I am also making content as well like a course and am interested in creating an e-learning company and also doing more scalable but less time consuming group/ one to one coaching.
    In preparation for when I sign up to your mentorship in 6-9 months, do you think I should just keep going and producing the course videos/ and uploading to say to a drive etc… That way when I start the mentorship with you, at least I have a viable product/ courses ready to go, after I get your valuable advice / mentorship?

      Love to hear it Kiran! Excited to welcome you onboard soon. I actually advise against creating a "full-blown course" altogether when starting out, because you don't truly know what customers want and need. It's best to either have an MVP and do one-to-one coaching, or just do one-to-one coaching, then build your MVP thereafter when you've fully understood the customer and what they want and need. You are ready to work with me now Kiran, so whenever you feel like you want me to show you how to quickly scale up, just book in and let's make it happen bud 🤙

    high ticket recurring like 3k every month!? • @willia_mbrown
      @willia_mbrown  11 місяців тому +9

      Great comment here man, and thanks for tuning in. High ticket recurring programs aren't courses. They're usually one-to-one coaching programs, or group-coaching programs with a client-limit on them, and sometimes have a training program also included. So they're incredibly valuable. I'd also have to argue with your point of people not being able to charge, or afford, these prices. Because about half of my clients are complete beginners and quite a few of them have opted to charge a recurring high-ticket fee for their offers in niches like maths tutoring, music composition, addiction recovery, professional-level book writing and so on right out of the gate. Some people do start with lower prices like $1K a month or $2K a month and then raise prices as they onboard clients, improve their product and gain more self-belief. My point is, this can be done, and it is being done. See you back here soon man 💪
