I have Nyctophobia (Fear of Darkness) I used to have Trypophobia now it just makes me really uncomfy but not THAT afraid The story about how I got it(long): So, I was 4 and playing with my older brother the game was saving people(Which were plushies but we pretended they were people- xD)that in the dark AU(Which was just my mom and dad is room with the lights closed-)so my brother pretended to be caught by the evil people/demons(That arent real we just pretended)so I ran out (My mom was watching us play, and the hallway had light in it it was like our safe zone)so I ran to the hallway then yelled "I WILL SAVE YOU BROTHERR >:D" ran back in the room (We had a flashlight but my brother had the flashlight and he "caught" by the evil people so I just went inside complete darkness the only light I had was in the hallway) so I was moving slowly trying to find him the moment I could close to the bed my brother was laying on it and opened the flashlight and did a scary face, I screamed so loudly and ran I was so scared and was running so fast that on my way out to the hallway I tripped and fell and I was hecking scared I started crying and my mom was like "ARE YOU OKAY?!" and hugged me, she got a little bit mad at my brother but I dont blame him he was like 10 maybe 11 at the time he didnt know that would scare me so bad. but ever sense then I have been scared of the dark. or maybe not the dark but would could be inside the dark even tho I know there is nothing there it still scares me. my whole family tried to help me overcome my fear but my brother had the best way! when I was like 7 I was standing in the hallway scared to go to the living room to play bc its dark and the light switch is on the other side of the room and he came and asked why am I just standing here I said "I wanna go play but the light switch is on the other side and im scared the monsters will get me!!" he unlike me loves the dark and sense I was still little at the time he picked to be creative and came up with this "Dont worry the monstars are nice, they are my friends, I will tell them not to hurt you" then he yelled out "HEY GUYS dont hurt her!" and then said "Why you you try doing what you normally do but it the dark, I will be right here if anything" and I said "Okay..." I stepped in the living room then started doing what I normally do I ran around the table then did a few spins and ran around the table again then went to him and said "I DID IT!!! :D" He was like "Good job, see the dark isnt anything to be scared of" Even tho im still scared of the dark till now im fine I learned to live with it considering I said it from more then half my life xD

i have fear of holes, fear of rejection, fear of needles, fear of blood, so blood one is when i hear or seen or think about the word, i just feel nausea and feel lightheaded, and like i will faint. fear of needles is like when i see it, i get terrifed and think about it poking me. fear of rejection sounds stupid, but once i ask someone out and they said they would rather date the floor. i cried so much that day, it was like trauma. fear of holes (when it started was when i was in the shower ) like 9,8, (maybe 7) i was putting on soap and i seen the tiny holes in the soap and i started crying, and calling my mom. she said i was being over dramatic, and that it was nothing. i seen fear them til this day.
I have that and it was hard because it snowed for a day recently and in the snow it had a lot of tiny holes and I was trying so hard to not be scared help:(

She's sleeping beside me and I was thirsty and wanted to go and get a juice box but im afraid to go get it bcs the lights are closed and the kitchen lights too so I was gonna wait for my mom to wake up, and I'm a Muslim and I was scared there will be jin at the kitchen just staring at me bcs like my kitchen has a big space in the middle and so I couldn't handle my throat being dry. I really wanted the juice box so bad and feeling to wake my mom up but then she will be mad at me lol. After a few minutes FINALLY my mom woke up and go to the bathroom with the lights on I go straight to the fridge and get a juice box. The end.
