I'll give the later versions this, they have way better sound design during the drop sequence itself. Maybe it's just a matter of taste (and I do include Mission Breakout in that since it uses a lot of the sounds created for the Tower before) but there the sounds were a lot more mechanical feeling whereas here they just mostly sound cartoony? I don't know what it is but it just doesn't feel right to me
Yeah, later versions at least sound like elevator motors and actually have lights so you’re not in complete darkness the whole time. This one, while I kinda like it because of the chaos, at the same time sounds like a garbled mess of sounds galore
All credit for footage goes to the original uploaders.
7:15 That scream gives me chills every time, this has to be my favorite show sequence because of it.
For the 1960s, that pre show has insane production quality

How?
I'm amazing how don't feel a thing
The glass breaking with dramatic music, it scares me.
@@skunkman9815Imagine thinking it's all over then the screen just goes "HAHAH, SIKE, BIATCH" and throws you right back up

Love the source audio!❤😊
ISTG the creepy woman who calls us valued guests...such a weirdly perfect fit, welcoming but ancient and deceptive. LOVE IT.
In some videos, the bellhops refer to her as the hotel's concierge.
Welcome to... The 4th dimension !!
There are two attractions that have taken me into the 4th dimension the tower of terror and Shrek 4-D.
It’s the fifth dimension silly not the fourth
I went to like every intense ride in Disneyland and this has to be one of them like the top. I literally had like a zero gravity feeling.
I can’t even stop being scared of this ride..
has anybody else noticed that the audio in this room has been playing wrong in wdw for like 10 years? compare this to any recent video
Perfect! 🥰👌🏼💙

I'm more of a Tidal Zone person.
To those who don't know what The Tidal Zone is, it's from SpongeBob SquarePants.
It’s The Twilight Zone, the tidal zone is a reference to it

Is there a way to get an mp3 file?
I prefer the Tidal Zone to the Twilight Zone because the Tidal Zone is less scary.
Why’d ya re-upload
Old one didn’t have all four drop audio sequences

The source audio on this version is so corny sounding compared to DCA and Paris. /:
