@32rodrick He actually said at the end "From Television City in Hollywood, this is Gene Wood speaking for Family Feud, a Mark Goodson Telelvision Production."
@6891man the current rules for casting for the show state "There is no age requirement to be on Family Feud, but we suggest that contestants are 15 years or older due to the content of the questions.". Sad, but understandable if you watch any of Steve Harvey's episodes.
Just before the second question, Ray said it didn't matter what body part you slap the buzzer with. Hmmm, interesting he should say that. There was a celebrity edition where a Playboy bunny leaned over the podium and it it with her, uh, you know, things.
I could only watch the daytime show, whenver I was on vacation: WRAL, WNCT, WTKR, or channel 6 in Orlando, FL. Stations like WUSA and WJXT never carried this version. WBAL hardly aired eps. of this version. I've only seen it twice on channel 11.
If they ever do a "clips" show on the current FF (wich I don't think they will do), they should use the "TRUE BLOOD" clip, since it was at least 20 years before the HBO show of the same name.
Love Ray's dancing at the end of the show.
You left us way too soon, man! (RIP)
$15 for a full tank of gas?! How times have changed. I was great to see Ray Combs again. Nowadays this is still a great show.
Ray showing off his dance moves, alright! One of the best hosts of Family Feud.
Ray was SO good doing this show. He's my favorite Feud host, with Richard a close second.
Ray was the best host. It was too bad what happen to him. And they treated him pretty badly.
Ray Combs was always my favorite Family Feud host.
HAAAH!! Ray doing the Curly Shuffle at the end!!
19:30 - Ray Combs knows how to dance he dances like Me.
19:30 Holy shiiiiit. Ray had some sick dance moves.
From Television City in Hollywood it's time for the "FAMILY FEUD"
THe number one and two answers to the third Fast Money question would be quite accurate now, said sarcastically.

Yep, like when the lady said sperm and... your... things...

Do The Ray Combs Shuffle!
Get down ray
@Jessyleppert Actually, this is from either April or May 1989 as I can tell by the $100K Pyramid's episode description.
August 23, 1989 according to your note in another posting of this episode.
Upon further review, this is actually from September 1.
9:28-9:53....True Blood...it's a show title nowadays!!!!
He said "tired and true" instead of "tried and true"

i do so you want
and I thought I was the only one...
Which Denver local station aired family feud with ray combs?
Sarah was 14? God damn she looks like she in her mid 20's
15 dollars? damn...
Too much clowning on this episode. Who cares where she put her hand, move on.
Steve Harvey is the best because he boost a lot of rating to " Family Feud". Ray was weird in my opinion.
+Ceasar Langley I disagree. Ray had the best sense humor. And Steve Harvey can't hold a candle to Richard Dawson.
Any version of family feud with Combs or Dawson > family feud since 1999.
