睇完。 1. 用coffee card係唔會吸到新客，所有接手舊生意嘅cafe多數會跌2-4成舊客，所以如果對你嘅coffee口味有信心，係應該做一個特價promotion去郵寄本區用戶去吸新客；2. 要出新signature takeaway，除咗coffee外要開新嘅product，最好每星期出一個新special，例如smoothie for Summer，或者係special made pastries, sandwiches or toastie，如果可以做啲gluten free, vegan options會更好，然後要搵啲bread & butter嘅食品去pair coffee或其他beverage做bundle去搞grab & go 俾啲人朝早返工返學買完拎走；3. 佢嘅舖頭係corner store，可以安裝3D投影儀在窗口做一個立體嘅menu promotion，咁會幾搶眼。如果可以做到55% beverage 45% food，就應該可以有幾solid嘅loyal customer group，因為食物係可以加大revenue收入，一杯beverage其實唔夠做take away food咁好賺，所以做得多food，係絕對加快breakeven 速度。

If the coffee is good, people will queue up for it. I would suggest the owners go try other coffees shop's blend, then they could invent their signature blend (coffee supplier should able to give you more information).
