"CPC1908 By C.K takwani" Sir, the basics of the civil procedure are also given in this book. In your opinion, will you recommend this book to know the basics of Civil procedure? Additionally, I have already read this book "C.K takwani", should I still read "Mogha" or is it enough?

sir, make one lecture series on drafting, pleading and conveyancing. in last few years there is mushrooming of law colleges every where. But most of them are sub-standard and mediocre. your lectures will help them.

Besides I have done internships at Indore High Court and Bhopal District Court. Also worked with some NGO' and provided services with PLV's. Now I am Lil bit confused like what should be the next step. I want to be a Commercial Lawyer in Indian MNC's. But also wants to Pursue Masters in this area from Abroad especially The UK as they are offering wide range of modules. I also got an offer letter from one of the prestigious law school of The UK for Jan 23 intake.
Now the question is should I first register myself as an Indian advocate or should I presume LLM first.
I am sharing this with an hope that you will guide me in this case. :)

One thing that appears to me from reading your comment is that you are confused between two choices. First, whether to become a corporate lawyer in multinational company and second whether to complete masters in law abroad.
Now just ask yourself a few questions:
Which out of the two opportunities if you do NOT take up first (at present), will not be effectively available for you at a later stage?
Which out of the two opportunities if you do NOT take up at present will make you feel unmotivated to take up at a later stage?
Which out of the two opportunities if you do NOT take up at present, will still be effectively available for you at a later stage?
For example if you do not go for becoming a corporate lawyer in a multinational company right now and instead choose to acquire the masters degree from abroad first, will the opportunity to become a corporate lawyer in multinational company be still available for you after you complete your masters from abroad or will that opportunity be completely lost? Ask the same question vise a versa i.e. by reversing the same.
Which out of the two opportunities if you take up first, may proo to be helpful and beneficial for the second which you will take up later?
I hope this guideline will help you in finding a clear answer to your own questions and clear away the confusion that you have in mind.
After all you have to find your own answers. Others can only give a guideline so that you ask yourself right questions and come up with the answers. Best regards.

How many days it takes to complete that book sir?
In my view this is not a book which one keeps aside after finishing it. This is a reference book for life. Such types of books are to be referred to repeatedly for the whole of practice career. So although one can finish the first part of the book say within approximately one week (the second part contains model drafts which we refer to as per our needs), yet I wouldn't say that that is all. The very nature of the subject of drafting is such that one has to keep referring to it again and again during our law practice as per need. Such classic books are required to be kept in one's collection for the whole of life.
