After 12th do BCA from old institutes which give better placements and see there records of how many students are placed 4. BCA subjects c++, java etc 5. Study well 6. Try to get better placement 7. Please dont make an mindset that "you need to do masters in software compulsory " It is required in some places only.... and there are really only 3 things needed to big or small companies 1- You any programming language skills. 2 - Your problem solving skills. 3 - Your data structure and algorithm is also important.
