I think the crow might mean a new fruit like a dark dust fruit. The reason why I say so is because in the anime one piece one of the revolutionaries uses he devil fruit, which is something around dark dust, and he uses he's devil fruit to turn into crows most of the time. Or it might just be some kind of new v2 fruit like a falconv2 but I think it is a new fruit.

Damage: 1st 2nd 3rd, and 4th hit do 5 damage. Last one does 12 damage
Do a “slash” similar to transformed leopard m1’s, but, your hand leaves a trail of fire. The 2nd 3rd and 4th hits do the same, but the hand slashes from different directions every time. The last m1 is both hands doing a “clap” motion. When both hands come together after the clap, a beam of fire spews out of the hands and deals AOE damage and is a ranged attack.

Dash forward to your nearest enemy (like rokuogan on the leopard fruit) and begin to perform a combo attack. The attack starts with you punching the enemy (with flame effect of course) and then, uppercutting the enemy very high into the air. Then, you jump to the enemy and shoot an incredibly massive spiral beam at your enemy. Dealing critical damage.

And, by the way, the crow could be referencing the Soot Soot fruit used by Karasu from one piece. He uses his powers to create crows out of soot. If you don’t believe me, use google to search it up!
