In this video we continue our Franchise zoo in Planet Zoo focussed on animal ethics by finishing the Europe section of our zoo with a HUGE Eurasian Lynx habitat and building a souvenir shop inside the habitat for some amazing views of our animals!

You do have a keeper hut in the staff building. You just covered up the entrance to it when you built the facade.

The way I was so upset earlier when I was watching the video and UA-cam so rudely stopped it and said it was "private." I thought "Oh, Paws is probably adding music so that we don't watch him build in silence... Oh look! Paws added music!" :D

glad the music was added, the silence was scary lol! i've asked this so much that there's probably already an animal named it and i didnt notice, but could ya maybe name an animal "poppin" ? my guinea pig and i usually watch these together so thought it'd be funny if he was added into the zoo.
I would love to see a safari zoo, like you can go into all the habits and the ones you can't have like tunnels and everything and you could have transport that runs through the enclosures ❤❤❤ love your series

i do have an idea for how to make the builds or environments a little bit more natural. it’s something a lot of Sims players do. basically whenever you have a building or a big tree, you can add a small rim of dirt around it to make it look like it’s been there a while. it just makes it look more integrated with the environment. it really adds a nice look to the trees, but i know that might throw off some of the animals’ terrain needs in the game. would def be cool for the botanical areas around the zoo though!! i really like how it makes it look like the tree has been there for a long time.
Still an amazing video second time around :). I love the detail you put in your builds, Paws. It really sends the builds beyond.
The memories of going to a zoo gift shop with my Grandparents was a nice addition to my Sunday.

One suggestion I learned to make a more “natural nature” scene with water: flatten to terrace before using the push tool to make pools of water will give you a really nice, natural looking shoreline you can add debris to etc. looks great with waterfalls!

Seeing a lynx habitat with this kind of foliage is so special! Being Canadian, I find it always impossible for me to use anything but the trees i'm familiar with for the lynx!
Just a suggestion, but have u considered swapping out the wood panels on the green roofs with glass ones? so that the the guests can actually see the planters from below!
Hi Pawsbuild, another great habitat, love watching your vids. Not sure if u have noticed but I think you missed adding the staff path for the solar panel at the back of the lynx habitat, so staff won't be able to access it. Also yes you already had a keeper hut but you blocked the door when you originally built the staff area in Europe section. Keep up the great builds.

I just recently found your channel and i am loving it. You don't have to, but I would love it if you put some type of fox species in your zoo. Foxes are my favorite animal and theres so many cool species of fox such as the fenec fox, red fox, and grey fox.
You should move the door to the souvenir shop to the left of the building so that it’s closer to the people and atms or just have two doors for a more convenient entrance and exit
Amazing builds I would love to see you do an all species zoo without mods to see how amazing it will be
Btw there is one way glass meant if you have shy animals you can put one way glass to make the animals more comfortable

I know that you only want animals that make it realistic, but that can be kinda difficult- especially with European animals. So, maybe you can do a large (very very large) indoor enclosure, like what real zoos do for polar bears and cold-weather penguins
A possible name suggestion for the Lynx would be “Luchs” which is the German word for Lynx. It would be an homage to my first grade teacher since that is her name.😊😊🐾 You pronounce it like Lux but the "u" sounds like the beginning of the word Eurasia, I hope my explanation is not too complicated😅 love your videos paws🤗🫶

Hey just wanted to let you know I mentioned it a couple videos back but you did have a keepers hut in the European area you actually blocked off access to it when you did the staff area in that section 😂😂
I feel like the earlier habitats were more innovative, the last few have been square boxes with pretty much the same decor style. Hope to see more fun ideas in the future!
Thanks for the feedback, I think this is likely because I’m trying to keep buildings in theme with one another (and at the end of the day almost all buildings are a variant on a square so it’s hard to avoid that one) but I’ll continue to use different decor for each themed area of the zoo for sure!☺️
