When I just started I lost everything in a black zone bcs a youtuber told me nature build was the best and to farm there... it was so insanely boring and I lost all my stuff the first minute I set foot in there. At least benji is keeping you safe as a new player to build your economy before wanting to quit after your first hour of playing.

Swolebenji taught me not to join guild because you can have guild island. Trust me, having friends and playing together is worth more than those virtual silver. He is constantly making questionable claim because it gives him traffic.
Funnily you can enjoy the benefits of both things by having 2 guild islands in your alt characters and be in a real guild with your main
He entire channel is based around solo content and earning silver without the need of others. And he does exactly that, so I dont see the problem. Everyone knows that swoles a solo player and everthing he says is to benefit solo content, so why would he tell you to join a guild?
He never says not to join guilds he jsut claims he is too unhinged to join guilds. In his streams he even says that you make a lot in guild for the sacrifice of your pride.

This is the type of content we should see from every content creator for Albion online. Hats off to you, good Sir! Sad to see how far down Benji has fallen, but everything that's happened to him is his own doing - and yes, I agree with you completely - we, as a community, shouldn't hate him - if anything, we, as a community, should do what we can to help him go back to who he was - like you said, a guy with vast knowledge about the game.

I expect to be cancelled for this but, I love mogdone and I love swolebenji, swolebenji taught me how to place this game safely and get a foot hold at the very start of my journey when I was clueless and while I may not have necessary agree with everything like avoid the dangerous content he still give some good advice in terms of stay safe and be efficient, and now as I have progress in my career I have come to mogdone look for more advanced tips and ways to advance myself that swolebenji doesn't offer both people after good content and valuable info, so while I may not watch swole as much now I am still glad for what he taught me so that I could have something to stand on when I die for the 15000th time learning to pvp, which is fun, and because I know the safe things to do I can deal with dying alot, because all it mean I just have to go back to my past knowledge build up some capital and try again
Your the best Albion content creator in my opinion, streams and videos always have amazing energy while still being informative, thanks for making these videos :)

@@DestinationX85 Go ahead and run this, Rng does play a factor in everything, That's why you run multiple hours to find an avrg, Any loot / money making guide has rng to it, Return rate on crafting, Extra drops on gathering, Loot in chests, And so on and so on.

@@DestinationX85 nothing in the game can be provided as evidence. Not gathering guides and not loot. So while your statement is true, the opposite is true as well, since nothing is an objective truth, everything can be a subjective truth thats why rng is left off those types of videos
Also, the Staging Server doesn't have active players and the Black Market is wiped clean and only the loot that was on the Black Market from the database grab (player stats, accounts, etc) will be on the Black Market. With each update and nobody is filling it up (unlike the Live Server), so that is why Swolebenji is getting horrible loot during his run on the Staging Server and why your loot was soooo much better because you're on the Live Server.
So Mog claimed he got about 1 mil per hour and SwoleBenji had about a quarter mil in 15 minutes (80K in silver bags + 8 tomes = 120K plus runes and stuff). Isn't that essentially roughly the same?

A few days ago i found a t8 Legendary mist with no players. Ended up finding an 8.3 hide mob just to realise that i only had a tier 5 skinning knife. In the same mist i found a knightfall abby Legendary chest with 40k silver. My luck is at rock bottom

Naw fam he honestly has some pretty good content but how tf did he even lose 1m in 30 mins on a test realm? I don’t understand. Why would he call out someone else? He does it too himself but he also does have some good content that helps out lots of people. He’s like a level 5 boss. He helps newbs get there, and then after you gotta get past him.

Most content creators just show you what they do in the open world, he goes in to detail on stats and so on.

IMO, Benji feels like he is always right and you're wrong if you disagree with him which is hard to debate someone like that because they're not willing to listen to honest critiques. My last interaction on his channel was that he dissed 1H nature staffs and druid staff was always better. I pointed out that the 1H nature staff has a damage E therefor you get more DPS, i.e. any amount of damage is more damage than zero so greater DPS. He just flat out said I was wrong. That's how he debates.
I pointed something similar on one of his videos and he blocked my comments on all his videos xD

(New player from the european server) when i started playing it was quite difficult finding trustworthy contentcreators explaining the game. Its huge and there is so mutch shitty information that just makes you want to quit. I had one who told me to go into the black zone because it wasnt dangerous and gankers dont steal from newbies. Well boy was he wrong... i lost my starting gear the first minute i got in there and was on the point on just quitting. Then i came on benji's video's and for once i had the feeling someone was actually trying to help you as a new player. Through his videos i managed to understand the game and build up something to become pretty strong. I havent found anyone else do this yet. Telling people to transport hearts when you get ganked for it is a waist of time. Understanding that there are peole spreadsheating everything for profit is pretty important knowledge too. Bcs this means a lot of things youd like to do might be bad business. Anyway would help if the game itself would teach new players then politics and mechanics of the game. I didnt know what to use as a weapon and there are so many choices... i bought a bunch of them too try but damn was i weak. Now i know maxing one tree at a time is the best way to become strong. I totally new to these kind of games. And who do you trust when they can also purposely send you into a dager zone bcs they are a dick or even benifit from it.
ive never really seen people with 8.3+ gear in blackzone abbey.
max is like gear that equates to t8 or t8.1.
to add to that, if you arent confident when encountering people you should try ratting.
i know i know ratting is looked down upon but it really taught me a lot of how pvp fighta start in the blackzone.
after i got comfortable i went in with t7 equivalent gear and made a good amount of silver.
tip for newer players in the abbey: always clear out the side areas of the abbey if you are in a common abbey. when in higher tier abbeys you can take a peak in the middle. chests in the middle usually have better loot(idk if this is true but it felt that way) but you encounter more people since they can come at you from multiple angles.
edit: for people who want to start trying duo mists then going into abbey.
1dps +1healer is the most safe and consistent for all tiers of abbey.
2dps (one shot builds) really good in lower tiers of abbey since it is more common to see lower tier armors
2dps (double sustain dps) ive seen this work before but from what ive tried out, not as consistent as 1 dps and 1 healer.
people feeling spicy can bring gear swaps after inspecting enemy gear but thats way too sweaty for me.

I am a solo player and tested the mist+knightfall myself and it's really profitable and enjoyable! Benji will always recommend yz LOL.
I mostly play solo and used to make my silver from CDs before they added mist. Worth noting that Benjo has also made clickbait videos about corrupted dungeons where he says they are bad for silver while exclusively ratting and ignoring the fact that even in stalker a lot of people run sets worth like 200k
Now that we have mists and Knightfall Abbey there is basically no competition in terms of activities that are both fun and profitable, though. Trying to deny that Abbey is profitable is crazy when you can clear it with builds so cheap that silver drops alone will cover your death.
Pretty sure the profitability of knightfall abbey scales like a negative bell curve with IP. You can clear it and make good profit with a 4.1 set and lose nothing if you die, and with endgame gear you can smoke anyone you come across. If you're using mid tier gear though you will probably still die a lot and the sets are way more expensive.
Edit: Rare sane Albion player W. I think you handled this situation diplomatically and dropped some truth bombs at the end. If the whole community had this mentality the game would probably be a lot more fun haha
I regularly do greater mist knightfall abbeys SOLO, on 5.2 bloodletter, and clear rooms/rat kills without too much trouble. Swolebenji is a yellow zone warrior, don't give him any deference in topics involving lethal content.
I do farm in knigth abbey everyday and I put it in my " TO DO LIST" with 300k plus check box with multiple accounts
and its worth it. And did this farming in yellow zone 4.5 millions + everyday in all overall multiple accounts. 4.5M +

Ok ok now as a normal player by which i mean that I'm not rich enough to always have a mil on my acc... Nor I'm broke enough to go down the 100k silver margin either...
Every single chest in albion is randomized and you only get the guuci loot rarely... The only chest which can give you good loots like always are those group based once on the outlands like the castle chest.. GD once... Openworld once which shows in world map... Etc...
So the conclusion is benji and the wizard is both right and wrong? Noo they are just the two face of the coins you are gonna experience both 100%
So yeah gather a group of friends... Or recommend the game to your friends having them in game... What exactly albion needs you to do....
Then again its a game of economy... You CAN rule or obey the rulers depending on the descions you make...
I do BZ mist and abbey’s all the time….just be aware of your surroundings and yes I die sometimes but I still make more fame and silver than the blue and yellow zones. Mog you are the man bro keep up the helpful videos 🎉
Heres the actual reality: I regularly do 20+ rooms per abbey while also going for the chest that spawns. Common chests are... unsurprisingly VERY common and you are looking at about 9k average in them. This is awful and youd rather have the buff. Blue chests feel like they show up about as much as purple for some reason (not a lot) and while they can be good money they could also low roll. Purple is consistantly good money. Overall on the low end nightfall could fail to break 200k silver when considering mob dropped silver as well. On the extreme low end you meet a gucci geared on the 3rd room and die / have to leave. This is an activity which is fairly rare all things considered so those numbers are quite shit. Legendary chests are not worth discussing - too rare. Overall the content is fairly balanced - much like all of mists if you want big money youll need to pvp. The risk of meeting another player starts off low if you stick to your spawning cluster of rooms and goes up very high afterwards. Yes Benji downplays BZ content overall but people like Mogdone overhype it. If you are willing to shill for t8+ set with decent mobility to run from pvp if you want then the fame is quite good but good chests are still rare for how often you end up in abbey. Note that abbey has a massive spawn % increase on weekends. It is quite noticable.
Ill add that you cant really argue with benjis gathering focused attitude because the silver is simply that good. And consistent too. Yes its not exciting and it requires spec but any noob should be building that foundation instead of bombing mists / BZ for low gains.

How did he lose 1 million silver? That was auto-respec. That's not silver lost but invested (but since it was the test realm it doesn't count either way). Also probably got 30-50K in silver drops plus about 230K in inventory items. Took about 15 minutes to finish that abbey, so per hour he that's about 1 million silver.

Bro KA is literally the place with the best loot/difficulty ratio and is relatively safe if you are not dumb and take precautions.
Let's roleplay. You're in 4.1 nature staff build where an exit is 3 screens away. An 8.4 double bladed is fast approaching you. What's your move? Boots? Purged. That was your only movement ability. You got 3 seconds to live. Heal E? Okay, now you live an extra 2 seconds. So you have 5 seconds to travel 3 screens to the exit or lose the last 45 minutes of loot you've acquired.
Sure you keep the silver bags and fame you farmed, but you're now dead and your loot is that 8.4's. All that time you spend getting it went to him. How's that make you feel?
Instead, you spend 1 hour gathering in blue zones. 100% profit, over 1 million if you're in tier 8 with premium active and have laborers. 0% chance of ever losing it.
Instead, you spend 1 hour fame farming yellow zones. You get a few hundred k from silver and drops, and gain more fame per hour than knightfall abbey, especially since you invested in a nice 8.3 set you can never lose that allows you to speed clear camps.
@@SwoleBenji ppl using tier 4.1 gear should know the risk that they are gonna be dead when meeting other players with proper set, yeah ur loot is gone, but not every time. you stated it like it is ALWAYS gonna be like that. sometimes 4.1 is smart enough to get out after opening chest with good loot. or simply dont be greedy ur 4.1 is weak af

Not gonna lie, as some one that have high level of bad luck i found benji vid correct with me ( just go gather and find that gears to do t4-t5 statics for fame) and i succeed.
I have tried rz/bz mist and i have never had a moment of peace to farm chests or mobs.
After a long day of work the last thing u wanna have is tress in a game so benji method fitted me but different ppl have different thought.

Im afraid you are closed on your own room and cant see the light ahead. Your points are true, but you are missing a key part. That is, Experience. Of course you will feel anxious in the blackzone if you are a newbie there (i still remember how afraid I was the first times i went to lethal zone). Of course you will feel you cant have peace and potentially die and not make profit. But after getting used to it, thats when you start to pick up how to play in lethal zones and begin to see how profitable it is, as well as relativaly safe, contrary to what you initially thought.
People usually just give it a go and after a bad experience they give up. No, you need to keep going and before you know it, you will be already dying less and less, while making more and more profit. Key point, take out only what you can afford to lose so you dont get burned out. So i dont think its about what fits best for each person. Its about getting experience and knowing how to navigate/play the game.

I know that the pvp loots system and the massive pvp content are (zvz, hell gate) are what make the game unique and stand out from others games in the genre and bz/rz/mist are what SBI prepare you for that.
I partly agree with you, come to lethal zones give you experience to explore the key fun part of the game and i have to say i have enjoyed it for the 1st week playing the game. To do what i like (come to bz for ow mobs, and dungeons) and the thrill it give when u made profit and died while doing it ( i died a lot) and i actually dont mind dying tbh.
After i made 2 friends in the game (in bz) and i realised that, fun is what you do together with your friends and experiences you make together with them are the memories you will told your chidren. I have lots of fun playing with them while playing.
At the end of the day, Albion is a game, and games are for fun and relax. And the last thing you want to have are tresses and burden while playing games. Some people will enjoy pvping and i strongly respect it and some will enjoy chilling no matter experiences the game give you.
I remembered a part of the game ad said: do anything you want because there are no laid out path.

@Mogdone 0:15 look at his gear. A long time ago Benji said upgrading to 120 is a waste of money and he'd never do that. And I he would bring that type of gear to black region. So it was obvious from the start that it's tha test server

A lot of players have zero idea about the black market being required to make chest content, for me I have a problem that the black market is often offering me less silver for items than I can sell them directly to players in Caerleon market. This I put my profit over other people loot.😊

nah everything that you said was true ever since i started doing what you were telling about especially in the mist my fame and income start rising up and now i can even 1v1 to other players and before my income was around 200k or even none now im making millions bro
Honestly you and swole are my favorites to watch. But the point is what works for some wont work for others. All someone can do is tell people what works for them. Anything lethal zone wise is always going to be a risk. You might make 5mil in 30 mins and the next day do the same thing and lose 5 mil in 5 hours.
Not possible just go with 4.1 spear with stalker jacket and your good and earn like 4-10m perday in a span of 10hrs
It's not a matter of losing your 4.1 gear. It's about losing the 1mil you just made by getting ganked on your way back. And the time invested.

You should also note.. most new players arent that good. I died multiple times trying to kill mobs in high dungeons bcs i had no idea how to use the abilities. Super easy win for gankers too, you wont even dmg them bcs of that. 😅

I also think that Benji saying content creators are trying to bait people into the black zone is super hypocritical when he literally does the same thing for yellow zones. I don't think any one man has fearmongered black zones as hard as Benji has lmao, take a shot every time he says that you will basically only encounter 8.4 players in black zone. I literally saw more 8.4 sweats in YZ when I spent an hour in both to compare.
I'd go with flat 5 or 4.1 nature staff build, if you die you just lose like 30kish + the loot but if you use nature staff build you should be well a coward if you want max profit and not lose everything

Hey mogdone. Your are one of my fav youtuber too and i like swolebenji channel too. So can you make a video that proof swolebenj's video about safe zone are wrong? i watch his vd and follow it and i found nothing wrong with it. But many people hate him i don't know why. For example. I gather to t8 in safe zone and now i have spec 70± on both t4 and t5 hide. And i can get 1 to 1.5 m/hr without permium base on baby drop and luck.i skin only on goldskimmer zone(i forgot correct spelling). And i eat fish to get t7 fisherman and go to thetfort t7 zones for 1hr and got between 800k to 1m per hr with t7 journal. But my full t7 set is 600k. I think it is not worth it. But when i boring to gathering.i go fishing but not worth it. And many big guild can be found roaming on zone.so i go offhour. That is my experience about black zone. I play this game for 4month and can't found t8 mob alive as a solo player. I think his money making guide video are true. Can you please do reject video if he wrong?

To any beginners just do your thing in safe zones and when you can buy your gear 7-8 times and are comfortable losing it go to the bz and kill mobs
Don't watch swole benji for too long or he will get you stuck in safe zone forever and you will never learn pvp

Im a yellow zone warrior myself and there is nothing wrong with that. I have a hard job and when i come home and find some time to play, i dont wanna stress me out even more in pvp. So what do i do solo then? I solo statics and group dungeons, do some faction fights or go gather. Also do crafting alot and farm my 5 islands everyday. I do millions a month and i could easily afford premium with the silver i make. But still im paying for it. Why not if i can and i really love the game. On weekends i play with my guys from the guild. Group content is always more fun than playing solo. We go roam in the roads, we go gather in the open world and do dungeons there too. Yes, we come across pvp sometimes and we deal with it. We win, we lose. But overall we have fun together.
Benji really has some good videos about silver making. But he never plays in groups. I dont understand why. Its really more fun and you can still watch movies while playing with your guys if you really need to. But speaking to each other, having small talk and talking bullshit and laughing while doing this is way more fun than watching movies.
Spreading hate is something that i dont like. I get a lot of hate from gankers, sometimes even before they attack me. Sometimes they regret to attack me and start hating in private messages. Trolls, just trolls.
If you hate the game, why playing it? Thats also something Benji should consider. He hates almost every content in Albion. So why does he play the game?
