Hi bro, Actually i have attended for a walk in drive for accounting role in Genpact, In Genpact office i have faced 2 rounds of interview, later after 2 days A manager asked me join a zoom meet, In the meeting they told me that i need to undergo internship program for 18 months before they put in a project, Next day i was asked to join for a Client round.
Now I don't know whether they will put me on a project or In internship program, If u have any idea please let me know.

It seems that you are applying for a fresher role at Genpact. They are considering you for their apprentice program, which lasts for 18 months and the position is for a process associate. You will work on the same project as the regular employees, but in an apprentice role, similar to an intern. Please note that this is not a permanent role, and you will only be promoted to the next position after you have completed the 18-month program.
