1. The first part,

Who am I? I am your misery
I lose my name in the night sky
>> Ena's kanji is 絵名 which is painting 絵 and name 名. So the part of losing the "name" may mean losing the 名 of 絵名, leaving only "painting" 絵. So who am I? I am your misery. I am 絵, which is the source of misery for both Ena and Shinei and "losing their name" may also signify how they both have (or had) no significance in the art world.
It may also mean if 絵名 lost 名, then she is art, which means no matter what she could never let go of art and she could not live without it as she wouldn't be herself. This makes sense as well, as she draws mainly at night. Thus her, losing her name 名 in the night (turning into art 絵)
2. 隠し味 Hidden spice
流れ着いた海の隠し味になるまで Until I turn into the hidden spice of the drifting sea
if the sea is the metaphor for the whole painting world/established people, she'd be one of the rain within the sea but want to be one that, while not enough to be the taste, have a hidden taste within the vastness. My agreed conjecture: cloud is 'people who are undetermined', rain is 'people who strive', and the sea is 'people who have succeeded'. Thus she used to be cloud, but now she is rain, and now she wants to know the pain and feelings of the sea to be one with sea.
Overall, in my interpretation, the song shows Ena's awareness of her 'lack of talent' (thus understanding she will face rejection and not being noticed) and also her acknowledging she does not yet know the magnitude of the pain she might face if she chose the path of a painter (something that her father has faced), yet despite that she still wants to "face each other over the sea" (facing her father as a painter in this painting industry) and still wants to be the "hidden spice" within that vast sea. Thus, she checked out the same answer as her father about their misery (art), acknowledging their similarities and also differences.
