Or did people think that on an attack they had a great chance to dodge then for the same attack there’s another 20% chance to dodge after the 70% chance failed to dodge?
I wouldn’t say 0 dodge as there are more characters that are 70% to 100% crit which makes crit useless. But yes, dodge in the hp potential is 90% useless over something else.
depend on their kit, if its for example ssbk&evo they best build its 20 additional and 6 dodge and equips for aa\dodge or if you want aa\attack. why? bc at 24 ki they have guaranteed crits and on super hero its easy to get that 24 ki. Yes, its going to be some ppl to say full dodge on this character bc they have a lot of additionals after grabbing rainbow orbs you can do it too if you want, but saying 0 dodge for every unit is stupid at least give them 3 dodge or 6 dodge(if they have enough crit for example in passive skill already). Since we have equips(Whis event is horrible place to get them now, only with tickets which you getting everyday) you can adjust however you want hipo.
now truth looks like a old guy with a screw loose. i never liked dodge build on agl ui or hirudegarn because the change is minimal now with 100 % dodge confirmed is pure waste of damage potential and stacks for hirudegarn. + minato that change a lot considering that u have things like scouter revive and countdown for supers u can time them now more accurately and reduce ur chances of dying . Before i already put agl ui above beast gohan now if anyone say anything i just say but agl ui have 100 % dodge lol ?+ perma revive why he is not better and taunt dont work against aoe normals or supers.
Ok would disagree with agl ui above beast however yes the dodge build on UI truth has is now even more silly considering UI straight up easily gets 100% dodge. It’s was still silly even before this was confirmed but yeah. Now truth just looks extra dumb for pushing his hp dodge agenda.
