Kawasaki KLX650 C1 Refurb

Re-build/Re-furb - took about 12 months.
New bearings, seals, fluids, gaskets, filters, cables, chain, etc.
New engine shims (needed as it didn't run well once warm).
I didn't split the engine as there was no need.
Only work farmed out was powder coating frame and swing arm.
Will upload some video of it running - Now need to join the TRF!
