சார் ஒரு நடுத்தரமான வீடு கட்ட , pillar க்கு குழி எடுப்பதிலிருந்து , Mason , carpentry , plumbing , electrical சென்ட்ரிங் , பெயின்டிங் முடிய அனைத்து வேலைக்கான . Overall Labor contract average amount தற்போது எவ்வளவு வரும் சார்

It is true labour contract saves money by excludinv contractors. But there are several woes especially some owners act too smart and overcalculate in all things. Such people can never complete a project. Contractors too have a life to liveand family to support.Thete are another type of owners who collect quotations from everyone and end up doing the job like floating a government tender.No it does not work that way.
Very True ... when they do so they keep only sq.ft rate in mind .. people get misguided by sq.ft rate based on unprofessional ..very few works on estimate based plan and specifications... then gets into trouble ..
@@kgsbuilders yes that sq ft rate is so programmed by default with little understanding of the implications. Though I do not complain about all owners there a some who can be nasty .

in case of high rise buildings we have chance to reduce coloumn beam size, bar dia.. but in residential we need to provide min sizes, dimensions .. so we can't reduce any cost regarding the Acc block usage .. moreover it is not suitable for load bearing structures ..

அண்ணா களி மண் இடத்தில் வீடு கட்ட மார்க்கிங் செய்து முடித்தவுடன் மித முல்ல இடம் இரண்டு அடி மூன்று அடி இடை வேலி மட்டுமே உள்ளது இதை எப்படி எர்த் ஒர்க் செய்யலாம் மொத்தமாக மாஸசாக எடுக்கலாமா அல்லது தனி தனியாக எடுக்கலாமா . மாஸசாக எடுத்தால் செலவு அதிகம் ஆனால் களி மண் அனைத்தையும் எடுத்துவிட்டு நல்ல மண்னை போடலாம். தனி தனியாக எடுத்தால் இடைப்பட்ட இடத்தில் உள்ள களி மண் மூலமாக ஏதும் பிரச்சனை ஏற்பட வாய்ப்பு உள்ளதா.
