Is there a way to raise attack stats? Cuz I've been leveling up characters like crazy, and they barely improve.
+OneWorldHD The main way to do damage is through your captains. Your captain is 2nd Gear luffY(I'm assuming) so he boosts all your characters that are STR by 2x attack. In this case, none of your units are benfitting from the 2x attack since none are STR. When mihawk returns, try to get him ASAP. He boots yours slasher characters by 2.5x attack. In this case, your zoro would be boosted and ur vista. and with a friend mihawk captain, your total damage will be boosted by 6.25x. You will want your fixed damaged specials to be close to max if possible. 7. Outside of Turtle time 30 stamina fortnights are best for getting pigs. Pigs give you 52,000 stamina when evolved and are the second best way to power up your characters outside of turtle time. 8. To level up pigs you normally want to feed it around 2000 exp, so you can use fodders or pirates you don't use to power the pig up to max. 9. You'll get baby pigs and baby turtles to evolve the pigs from 30 stamina fornights 10. Save your baby turtles from your turtle time to evolve your pigs. [ You'll need a lot of inventory space for this ] 11. Farm and keep evolutionary material for your pigs [ Sea Pony, Baby Turtles, Hermit Crabs, Robber Penguins ] 12. When you power up characters fill up all the power up slots or as much as possible. 13. You'll also be receiving skillbooks from your fortnights. Some of which you won't be needing so you can use that to power up characters. Which will give you 25k exp which is a lot over time. 14. The priority Boris has when leveling characters is that whenever there is a new character he wants to evolve them as soon as possible and uses skillbooks on them if they're a low level then moves towards teen, elder turtles and evolved porks the higher their level is 50-70 after 70 preferably elder turtles and evolved porks. 15. At higher levels it cost more to power up characters so its best to get the most out of the cost by feeding 70+ characters only elder turtles or evolved porks. 16. The reason why you evolve new characters first is that if you're farming them when they're evolved they have more special slots so they will be able to have more special abilities from feeding them the same character with two slots instead of one slot if they were to be unevolved for example. 17. Always remember when leveling characters, power them up with characters of the same color for bonus exp. 18. For high level characters you want to be feeding them your cotton candies, but that can be expensive because they are a high level. So you want to feed your cotton candies to a fodder character preferably 5 at a time, then feed that fodder character to a high level. The cotton candies will transfer over to the higher level and it will cost much less money then if you were to feed him 5 cotton candies rather than 1 fodder character who has ate cotton candies. the time they appear changes everyday. you need to check what time they'll appear in ur time zone

Japan is about 6+ months ahead in terms of content. Easiest way to get it is using a japanese itunes account or through Qoo App on Android

yes, youre cost increases when you lvl ur pirate lvl. keep in mind that one lvl u increase ur stamina and the one after ur cost etc.. good luck ;)
